What happens if the item arrives damaged?

We hate it when your time arrives in a less than perfect condition, all of our packages are insured. If your item arrives damaged, we will submit a claim with the shipper and try to get you a refund or send the same item again if you so desire. This process takes some time, so we appreciate your patience if that ever happens.

I have an event and need my order by a certain date?

ALWAYS leave a note with the event date if you have an event. This will help us in two ways:
1- If we can't honor that date, we'll immediately inform you so you still have options.
2- If you need to receive it closer to your event date, we'll ship accordingly.

All orders are subject to our disclosed fulfillment period (varies by time of year).

Is your delivery date guaranteed?

No, Please give yourself a few days in case the carrier won't honor their shipping estimate.
No, we can guarantee that we'll ship by the date we promised, and if we didn't, we'll expedite the shipping to compensate for our failure to ship on time. We CAN NOT guarantee what the carrier will do, and we hope you keep that in mind all along, Once we hand them the order, it's out of our hand and we can't control that process. That excludes damaged packages, if your items are damaged, we'll file an insurance claim or refund you for the few damaged items. It's on a case by case bases. But always remember that we're on your side.

My tracking number says “Delivered” but I didn’t get it?

Package theft is on the rise, please make sure you keep track of your package. We are NOT responsible for package theft, this is something your local police station should handle not a small business like us.

Can I purchase 10 gift boxes in one order and send you the addresses?
