I accept PayPal, credit card, debit card, and Etsy gift card. Items will ship once payment has cleared.

At this time, pads do not ship to the USA. All other items do ship to the USA. See this post on my Facebook page for more details:

In-stock items ship within 3 business days. All items ship via Canada Post.

Most orders ship via lettermail/small packet, larger ones go through regular parcel or the most economical service. If you need your package quickly, expedited shipping is available but will be more expensive. Please email me for a quote. Generally, packages are insured but DO NOT have tracking.

Small-medium orders ship in a manila envelope; larger orders in a biodegradable poly-mailer. Within that, your purchase is wrapped in white tissue. Care instructions are included with your first purchase.

*International customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.* Please research customs regulations for your country. I will not mark your parcel as a gift, or with a reduced value. Failure to declare the content and value accurately is mail fraud.

Here are Canada Post's standards. These are estimates, not guarantees:
Within Canada: 2-5 business days
To the USA: 6-12 business days
Overseas: 6-10 business days
If your package will vary from the above, I'll let you know.

Additional policies and FAQs

All items are made in my clean, non-smoking home. We are pet-free with the exception of my kids' hamster :) As with anything, I cannot guarantee that your purchase will be 100% allergen-free.

♥ Natural fibre fabrics are pre-washed (hot/hot) in Tide Free before sewing.

♥ I stitch over the edges of all my waterproofed pads for a thin and discreet edge. Pads without waterproofing are turned and top-stitched very close to the edge (I don't like a thick "lip" around the edge) :)

♥ Snaps are KAM polyacetal resin (plastic). I apply them with an industrial snap press.

♥ ProCare is used in all my waterproof pads, unless stated otherwise in the listing. ProCare is extremely durable, food-safe, CPSIA compliant, and free from BPA, phlalate, cadmium, and lead.

♥ I send out an e-newsletter periodically with product updates, etc. If you would like to be included on my mailing list just drop me a note!

Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalized orders

I can take on the occasional custom order. Please contact me with details of what you're after and we'll go from there.

Sizing details

Product dimensions are given in each listing in both inches and centimetres. Please read carefully.

Packaging materials

I try to keep packing materials to a minimum. Most orders are shipped in a manila envelope, with the inside contents wrapped in a couple pieces of white tissue. Especially large or heavy orders may be shipped in a biodegradable poly mailer.

Which fabric should I choose?

This a very personal choice. I have an FAQ page over on my website to help explain the differences between fabrics:
