Shop policies
The Cultured Freshwater Pearls and Akoya Pearls I can offer are AAA - AA. These pearls are of excellent quality. I also offer color enhanced cultured freshwater pearls. I can hand knot on silk thread or wire wrap with sterling silver wire any necklace you would need. These make wonderful heirloom designs.
I use .925 sterling silver, gold filled, Hill Tribe silver components that are of 95% - 99% silver content, leather and faux suede.

I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Any non-damaged item may be returned within 7 days of delivery receipt for a complete purchase price refund minus shipping charges.
Your shipping charges to return are not refundable.
Payment
Colorado residences will be charged 8.6% sales tax.
If I have not received payment on a purchase after 3 days, the purchase will be canceled and the item will be relisted.
Shipping
If it is going to an apartment or suite address it will have a signature confirmation.
Currently we only ship to the USA.
All items purchased on Friday, or, on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday morning. If a holiday falls on a Monday, your package will ship on Tuesday.
