Incense returns require prior approval. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days. Buyers pay return shipping.

Returns must be sent through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Third-party carriers, couriers, forwarding services, and shipping platforms are not accepted.

Tracking is strongly recommended. Naturing Relaxation is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. If delivery cannot be confirmed, no refund will be issued.

Refunds are issued only after the return is received and inspected. Used, opened, damaged, incomplete, or late returns will not be refunded.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. Keep all packaging. USPS may require you to take the damaged item, box, and packing materials to a local Post Office for inspection.

Insured Orders (Priority Mail): We will file a claim. Once approved, a refund or replacement will be provided. A return label may be required.

Uninsured Orders: Reviewed case by case.

If a return is required, follow the instructions and ship within 7 days.

False claims or claims for items not purchased from Naturing Relaxation may be reported. Failure to report damage on time, provide photos, keep packaging, or complete a USPS inspection may prevent a refund or replacement.

If you believe an item was not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and details. We will review your concern promptly.

Personal preference does not qualify as “not as described” when the item matches the listing. Scent is subjective, and used incense cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase only. Because items are made to order or specially ordered, production begins during business hours once the 1-hour cancellation period has passed.

Soy candles burn differently than store-bought ones. They melt at a low temperature, making them cleaner and longer-lasting.

For best results, use a votive holder—soy is meant to fully melt. On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way across the top to avoid tunneling or lopsided burning.

It may pool fully inside the cup—that’s normal! If wax is left over, you can pop it out and use it in a wax warmer.

We keep it natural, simple, and effective—just like it should be.

Cold, damp, or humid conditions can make incense harder to light.

Make sure the incense is warm and dry before use. Store it indoors in a dry area, away from windows, doors, bathrooms, garages, or other cold or humid spaces.

Light away from drafts caused by open windows, doors, fans, or vents.

Hold the flame to the tip a little longer than usual and allow it to glow fully before gently blowing it out. During cold or humid weather, it may take more than one attempt.

First Class Mail is offered as a lower-cost shipping option and does not include insurance. By selecting this option at checkout, you are choosing to have your order shipped without protection against loss or damage in transit.

Orders shipped using an uninsured service are not eligible for a refund or replacement if the package is lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier.

If you would like your order protected, please select an insured shipping option at checkout. If you accidentally choose First Class Mail and would prefer insured shipping, contact me before the order ships. The order will need to be canceled so you can reorder using the shipping method you prefer.
