Therapist-Created Tools for Understanding, Coping & Growth
Navarro Therapy Tools grew from my work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and psychotherapist with more than a decade of experience in mental health.
Over the years, I have listened to people describe how difficult it can be to understand what they are feeling, why they react the way they do, and what they can actually do about it—especially when the advice they receive feels overly simple, impersonal, or disconnected from real life.
I created this shop to make mental-health information more understandable, compassionate, and practical.
My clinical background includes training and experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, ERP, mindfulness-based interventions, trauma-informed care, IFS-informed approaches, hypnotherapy, anxiety and stress management, and sports psychology.
Those experiences influence how I create these resources, but my goal is not to turn a workbook into therapy or suggest that one approach works for everyone.
Instead, I want these tools to give people something useful: clear psychoeducation, guided reflection, practical coping strategies, and realistic steps they can apply in everyday life.
I believe understanding can bring a sense of peace. When we understand why we think, feel, or respond in certain ways, we can begin replacing shame and self-criticism with curiosity, compassion, and purposeful action.
You will find resources addressing topics such as anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, boundaries, coping skills, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Each resource is developed under my clinical direction and personally reviewed before publication.
These materials are designed to give you a place to begin—and tools you can return to whenever you need additional structure, reflection, or support.
