Simply put, I love what I do! I've always had an appreciation for fine paper growing up with a dad who was a printer. Combined with my passion for drawing since I was little, I was destined to create paper goods. My main goals are to create unique stationery, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver outstanding quality to every customer. With this is mind, Nay's Notes offers:

Due to the customized nature of my products, I do not offer refunds or exchanges.

I want you to be extremely happy with your order. A digital proof is sent for every order via Etsy convos to make sure it's perfect for you. Please look for your proof, usually within 24 hours of placing your order, and check it carefully before giving approval.

If you receive your order and it is damaged or there is a mistake, please contact me right away and I will do my best to make it right!

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Please contact me if you'd like to cancel your order.

Please note, colors may vary slightly between your monitor and the printed product. I do my very best to keep the colors as close as possible, but please take this into consideration when placing an order.

Frequently asked questions
Can fonts be changed?

Yes, in most cases. If you love a card or invite, but see a font on another card you like better, I can absolutley change it for you. Just send me a convo after you place your order, letting me know which card you'd like the font from.

Can colors be changed?

Yes, in most cases. Please convo me before you place your order to make sure I can change it to the colors you would like. I will let you know if it's possible. Once you place your order, then I will send a proof with your new colors.

Do you send proofs?

Yes, I send proofs for every order. I prefer to get approval before printing an order just to make sure it's perfect for you! Please look for your proof, usually within 24 hours, in your Convos inbox. If I don't get a reply from you within 2 days, I will print without your approval, and accept no responsibility for errors, so please make sure to look for your proof and that the personalization is correct.

What if I want something I don't see?

Please convo me! I love to design new items. The best part is, if I can list it in my shop, I won't charge you a custom design fee. So let me know what you want, and I'll let you know if I can do it.

Can personalization be changed?

Yes, I can pretty much write whatever you want on the card, as long as it fits! Just convo me if you're unsure.

Do you print on the inside of folded note cards?

Yes, for a small additional charge. Look for the listing in the Add-on section of my shop menu, or by using this link...

Can a folded note be made into a flat note?

Yes! Most of my notes can be flat or folded. Just let me know what you want and I'll create the sample and listing for you.

How are your items packaged and shipped?

I found the best and most economical way to get your order to you is via USPS Priority Mail. Nay's Notes items ship in clear cello sleeves, wrapped with cotton twine. Then they are wrapped in brown kraft paper, bubble wrap, and placed in Priority Mail boxes or envelopes. All my items are packaged with love and care in my workshop.

My shipping address is wrong, can I change it?

If you notice your shipping address is wrong, contact me ASAP! I have no way of knowing it's incorrect and the label prints exactly what is on your account. I can edit the address before I print the label if you send me the correct address, but please confirm your address during check out.
