All of my projects are made in smoke-free house.
Please submit payment immediately upon completing checkout.
I will wait 3 days for your payment by Credit Card and PayPal / 7 days by Money order and if after 3 days / 7days no payment is made, the sale will be canceled and the item relisted.
◆Custom order system◆
・Please tell me what you would like in detail.
・I make your order list including the total price and shipping cost. I also ask you how many days I need to complete your order.
・After you accept the list, I add the list to my shop. Please purchase it in advance.
・After I confirm your payment, I start making your order.
・When I complete making the order, I inform you, and send it to you.
I'm happy to fill any custom order, so I always work on them with Love.
I hope to have your understanding.
Basically, I send my projects worldwide.
I also don't send an invoice with your purchase. If you need the invoice, please let me know.
I send my items by USPS first-class mail.
It's sad to have items damaged or lost during shipping. Most of my items, which are made with beads, have a wire frame, or it need to hold it's shape, are shipped in boxes for $5 or more.
If you prefer the lowest shipping cost, just let me know. I will send your purchase as you wish.
I will send your purchase to you next day after you submit your order. However, If you submit your order on a Saturday, I will send your purchase on next Monday.
For rush orders, I will send your purchase as soon as possible. Please just let me know.
For safe delivery, I can add Delivery Confirmation for $2.95. Please let me know if you prefer. However, if your address is not domestic ( U.S ), I can't add any options unless your package is priority or express.
Shipping is a third party service, and once I place it in the delivery service's hands I have no power over timely delivery, loss or damage. Insurance may be purchased.
Insurance against loss or damage is optional. Insurance may be purchased if you desire it; if you desire it, please contact me prior to purchase. Any claims of loss or damage in transit would be made to the delivery service and such claims are in their hands.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you choose to return your purchase, I will refund the purchase price to your PayPal account or I will send money order to your address. You may return your purchase in the original package within 10 days. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
