For domestic US sales, the shipping price shown is for east coast to west coast. We will refund the difference in postage cost in excess of $3. If you would like to know exact shipping cost of an item, please convo us with your zip code. (A $5 handling for large items is included.)
In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged during shipment, we will help in whatever way necessary for Buyer to file insurance claim with the shipper.
International orders: we ship OVERSEAS to many countries in Europe, selected countries in Asia, and Canada. Please convo us for shipping quote. (There is a $10 handling fee for overseas shipment of large items.) It is the responsibility of Buyers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs regulations before making purchases.
Please note that for overseas shipment we cannot be responsible for any customs fees or delay due to customs. In addition, even though we pack our items very carefully, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the item in transit. (But all items are fully insured).
We reuse clean packing material whenever possible to help reduce waste, and we pack each item well.
