NeedleNoodles' Shop Policies
Hello, and welcome to my shop! I have set down answers to a few of my most frequently asked questions. If you have a query which is not addressed here, please contact me via Etsy convo, or via my website at http://www.NeedleNoodles.com, and I will be happy to help.
I accept payment via PayPal, check, or money order. Please note that payments via check, money order, or PayPal eCheck will take a few days to clear.
Digital items (patterns) will be sent via email and should arrive within 24 hours of payment clearing.
Please check that the email address listed with your Etsy account is current. If you wish for a pattern to be sent to a different email address please indicate this in your comments when making your purchase.
If your pattern does not arrive within 24 hours of payment clearing, *please* contact me, as that generally means that I have sent your pattern, but it has gone to spam, or the wrong email address, or has otherwise not come through.
Physical items will be sent via USPS First Class mail unless other arrangements are made. Physical items generally ship within 48 hours of payment clearing. Custom-made items may naturally take longer, and in this case the estimated completion time will be indicated in the item listing.
Items shipping to destinations outside of the US will be shipped via USPS First Class International unless other arrangements are made. Please note that additional customs or duty charges are occasionally applied after the package leaves the US, and that the buyer is responsible for these charges.
For those using PayPal, if the shipping address listed with your Etsy account differs from the address listed with your PayPal account, I will contact you to confirm the correct address. If I am unable to reach you within 2 days, your item will ship to your Etsy address by default.
If you would like to have your item shipped to an alternate address, please indicate this in your comments when making your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction matters! If you have questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please contact me, and I will be happy to work with you.
Physical items can be returned for a replacement or a refund within 30 days.
Due to their nature, digital items cannot be returned. However, I am happy to send replacement copies of patterns if your files are lost, corrupted, or otherwise incorrect.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am happy to take custom orders. Feel free to contact me with your ideas and we can discuss options. Please know in advance that my policy is not to make items from trademarked characters (Hello Kitty, Disney princesses, etc.), or to make direct copies of others' work.
Trades are fun! However, my house is also quite full, so, I usually only accept trades for consumable items (yarn, spinning fiber, soap, food, etc.)
Buying for children:
Many of my items contain small or breakable pieces, and as such, are not safe for very young children (particularly those under the age of 3)

I do not break up patterns containing multiple projects into cheaper single-project patterns. The rationale is that, once the labor cost of re-doing page layout is taken into consideration, the price of an individually customized pattern would be greater than that of the original pattern set.
Other Sellers Selling Items Made From My Patterns:
I am generally okay with individual crafters making use of my patterns in items that they sell. However, I do ask that they give credit to me for the design. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
