When buying a plated piece (gold or rhodium plating), be aware platings wear off with time.

If for any kind of reason you are wishing for a refund, please notice Etsy's rule:
I can issue a refund after the payment is processed, and before 180 days after the payment is processed. After 180 days have passed, I can’t refund an order through Etsy Payments.

What it means is that any kind of fee Etsy charged, cannot be refunded - Those are usually about 5% of the payment and any tax that was charged in the process.

In that case, If you are qualified for a refund, I will refund the remaining amount through PayPal, according to the refund policy below.

It happens that the post office can delay a package for customs.
If your package is delayed and you wish to receive a refund, assuming it is lost, I can do the following actions:

1. I will open an inquiry at the post office, searching for the parcel through the tracking number. Tracking packages that are sent through the default shipping method, will take about 60 business days to track. (for information about shipping methods - http://bit.ly/ship-up)

2. I will refund you the amount of the purchase, within the insurance rates of your chosen shipping method, not including shipping rates. (within Etsy's rule of 180 days for refund)

In case the parcel is found by the post office or delivered to you, you will need to repurchase the item.
