NelHutch sold me item that arrived broken. When I brought this to her attention, NelHutch responded in a very discourteous way and was unapologetic that the item was not as described. Even though I returned it at my own expense per NelHutch's store policy, NelHutch REFUSES to refund my money. Shady business practice. Steer clear of NelHutch.

PAYMENT FOR ITEMS YOU PURCHASE HERE: I accept PayPal in payment for all your purchases here. PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. ITEMS PURCHASED AND NOT PAID FOR WITHIN 3 DAYS WILL BE RELISTED. Thanks for your understanding.
Shipping
I ship within 3 to 4 days of receipt of payment. Most items will be shipped USPS either first class or parcel post depending on the weight of the package.
Whenever possible, I use recycled boxes and packaging material, especially since I sell vintage items which are, of course, recycled products :-)

UNITED STATES:
I will ALWAYS include Delivery confirmation in the shipping charges, to protect both of us.
When a vintage/antique item is fragile and/or valuable, I will also include postal insurance in case the item suffers in transit with the USPS.
On my return from the Post Office, I will confirm that your item has been shipped and give you the Delivery Confirmation and/or insurance number.
CANADA AND OTHER COUNTRIES:
Depending on the weight and the destination, items will generally be sent USPS first class international or international parcel if heavier. Unfortunately, the USPS does not offer postal insurance on international shipping, unless you want the item sent priority. My experience is that Priority generally will cost more than the purchased item itself.
If your item is delayed in customs and if the said customs assess a fee for clearing customs, please note that this fee is your responsibility and it is NOT included in my shipping costs; also that I will NEVER be responsible for paying this. Also, please do not ask me to list a lesser value on the package or claim that it is a GIFT. This is a fraud, it is illegal and I will not agree to it.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you wish to return an item purchased from me, please inform me upon receipt that you wish to do so and the reason for your wanting to return a purchase. At that time, you will have 7 days to effect the return. Returned items must be in the same condition they were when I sent them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions and, once I am satisfied that the item returned is the same I sent you and in the same condition, I will reimburse you the cost of the item purchase but NEVER the cost of shipping in either direction. Refunds will be made using the same form of payment you used to purchase item(s).
VINTAGE CLOTHING: If a vintage clothing listing indicates that I will not accept returns on vintage clothing, that is exactly what it means. The clothing will be described in detail and you should ask questions if some clarification should be needed for you. Once purchased and sent, the item(s) is(are) yours to keep and enjoy.
Additional policies and FAQs
Delivery confirmation is proof that I have mailed and that you have received the item through the USPS.
FEEDBACK
Once you have received your item in good condition and you are happy with it, I look forward to reading your positive feedback. That will confirm that the entire transaction went well. I will reply to your feedback with a positive feedback of my own.
RESERVED ITEMS: I am more than willing to place a RESERVE on any item you wish to buy. Please note, however, that reserving an item for you must not be construed as an extended period of time where my items are not paid for while not available for sale to others. Please be considerate with reserved item.
