1 out of 5 starsI still haven’t received it ... it takes a very long time to send and prepare for shipment, they only answer in a day, sometimes two, on one day I was simply surprised that the delivery guy would be with me in half an hour when I was not at home ... we hardly agreed that he would send using Canada post, and this also took a long time .. as a result, I fly abroad without a gift

Hi, thanks for your feedback. As per your own message you were unavailable when we came to deliver it fast , instead of shipping. that cost us fuel and time and we had to return since you weren't home. then after speaking to you we shipped it. if you had a flight on a certain date you should've made it clear to not ship and that you'll be paying extra for a second trip so we can do special car delivery again. that way a driver could've been scheduled or I would have come myself, as I did the first time. it's unfortunate you didn't get it before your flight but we can give you a discount for next time and you'll have it in your mailbox by now.
