However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, we are committed to resolving the matter promptly. To assist us in addressing any issues, we kindly ask you to contact us within one week of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged or wrong item, the order number, and any other relevant details about your order. Upon receiving this information, we will promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
