Here at Nerdy Birdy we want to make sure you know just what you're getting before you get it. All of our designs are hand made, hand painted, hand drawn, or crocheted by us. We make prints, or duplicates of our work and so they may vary slightly, but it will always be as close to the original as we can get it. We love anything to do with stitching or drawing, sometimes both with our hand embroidered designs.

Our pins are made in house and coated with a clear glossy resin for looks and durability. Each purse or wallet is sewn by one of us, you can always be sure whatever your order from The Nerdy Birdy Art Co will be completely handmade!

Returns on Digital Items.

I do not, due to the fact that this is a digital item and you will have to download it on to your computer, it's yours forever, I do not take returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

What if I don't understand something in your crochet patterns?

Send me a message detailing exactly what you don't understand and I will be more than happy to walk you through it as best as I can. However, if you have purchased this pattern without knowing the first thing about crochet, the best I can do is send you some awesome youtube videos!

Can I sell the items I make from your crochet patterns?

Yes! Absolutely! The only thing I ask is that you don't sell the pattern, alter it, or share it for free online! I put a lot of hours and hand cramps into these and it's how I make a living. But you? You sell that amigurumi, you made it it, those were your hand cramps!

My package says delivered, but I didn't get it?

I know that heart wrenching feeling myself, unfortunately there isn't much I can do on my end, I try to work with everyone and I will call the post office to find out if maybe they delivered it to the wrong home, but that's my local post office and they're not going to have much info, please call your local post office and find out if that's the case.

What are the Crochet Hooks Made out of?

I get this one a lot, mostly everyone thinks they're polymer clay and that couldn't be further from the truth! I love polymer clay, but it just doesn't stand up to being used like that every single day, our hooks are 3D modeled by me, printed on a 3D printer, molded, cast in resin, hand painted, and then coated in a clear resin for even more strength!

My Item still says Pre-Trasit, why?

I have scheduled pick ups with the post office, I do them on Wednesdays and Saturdays. (These days can fluctuate a bit depending on the post office, but it's almost always those days) I have a high volume of orders most of the time and having the post office pick them up so I can keep making the hooks works best so everyone gets their order, if I didn't do this I would have to push the shipping dates out further and I'm doing my best to keep this time frame as short as possible. If your package says this and it seems like it has been just a bit too long please do message me and I can take a look at it for you!
