1 out of 5 starsI ordered this item on 07/07/23 knowing it was a pre-order for sometime that month (the listing description noted July). I messaged the seller twice asking for an update earlier this month (two months after placing the order) and did not receive a response both times. Etsy has now refunded me. Very disappointed because these were going to be a great gift for my spouse.
