Nerdy Pillows is a small business I recently started after being hounded for years to sell the custom pillows I made for gifts. I specialize in custom orders and love to see new ideas come to life. If you can dream it up, I can think of a way to do it!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
For now, I only accept Pay-Pal. Don't have a Pay-Pal account? Don't worry - you don't need one to use it. This just ensures there's no confusion about the listing amount, shipping costs, etc.
Shipping
I ship pillows the day after they're finished. For custom pillows, it could take me up to a week to bring your creation to life. Before I begin putting it together, I'll email you a time frame and the colors I'll be using. If I don't have a particular fabric when I begin the process, I have to wait for your payment to clear before purchasing it, but will communicate with you every step of the way.

For non-custom orders, pillows are shipped within 2 business days of payment.

Etsy doesn't allow for multiple shipping options, but I have them set up through my Pay-Pal, so you can choose which method you'd like during check-out.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot accept returns for custom pillows, as they're made just for you! Of course, if you feel the finished product doesn't represent what you ordered I'm happy to work with you to make it right.

For non-custom orders, returns are accepted as long as they are shipped within 1 week of receiving the order and the buyer accepts responsibility for return shipping costs. Returned pillows will not be accepted if they have any stains, markings, tears, or strong odors. Thanks!
