Hi krusch51, I sent you a message a week or so ago reaching out about the decal you had ordered. I hate to hear you had a hard time removing the backing! That must have been frustrating. I do typically pre-remove the decals from their backing to make it easier on the customer and that is what I messaged you about. I have several types/brands of transfer tape that I use depending on inventory. I was hoping to find out if anything about that transfer tape stuck out to you? I was also curious, since it is July, if the heat may have played a role in re-adhering the decal to the backing, so to speak. Thank you for your honest feedback, I do appreciate it! Thanks, Courtney

5 out of 5 starsThis is made a quality decal. The seller even put in a wooden tongue depressor to help with smoothing out the bubbles, which I thought was so neat and considerate. There was also a hand written note, which was a really nice touch, it made the purchase seem more personable. I would definitely purchase from this seller again!

4 out of 5 starsThe decal arrived in a plastic envelope. It had a slight crease down the middle of the decal when I opened it. Thankfully it did not make a difference when the decal was applied. It went on smooth. I just thought maybe it should have been shipped in a cardboard envelope. All in all I was very happy with my purchase.
