Shipping and Delivery.
☆NEST DECOR shall select the method of shipment of, and the carrier for, the item according to the best price & service offered to you at our sole discretion,
Most orders ship via USPS or UPS across the United States in 1-4 business days with no signature required.
☆ Please let us know in advance when you place your order if signature is required.
☆ Sometimes, even though we ship signature not required, the UPS driver has the right to leave a call tag instead of the package if they do not feel comfortable leaving the package.
☆ No weekend or holiday delivery.
Larger items such as furniture will ship via a freight carrier in 3-7 days.
You will receive tracking and phone call from the freight carrier to schedule delivery. The freight carrier drops the crate off curbside and requires a signature.
☆ Shipping internationally requires additional charges to ship. Please convo before you place an order if you are requesting an overseas delivery
We do not cover duty or taxes to import goods, that is the responsibility of the buyer.

☆ Late Delivery. Any delivery time quoted by NEST DECOR is an estimate only. NEST DECOR is not liable for any loss or damage arising from any delay in filling any order, failure to deliver or delay in delivery. No delay in the shipment or delivery of any goods relieves you of your obligations under these terms, including without limitation payment for the Goods.

☆ Inspection:
Receiving your Shipment: Your shipment will be secured with protective packaging. Be sure to inspect the outside of the shipment for damage with extra scrutiny. If the shipment looks damaged please contact us immediately.
Do not sign for the shipment if the shipment looks damaged. When you sign the driver’s delivery receipt, you are acknowledging receipt of all products in good order.

☆ Buyer shall inspect the goods upon delivery and notify NEST DECOR within 3 days of receipt ("Inspection Period") if any Goods are damaged. Buyer will be deemed to have acce pted the items unless buyer notifies NEST DECOR in writing of any damaged goods during the inspection period and furnishes such written evidence or other documentation as required by NEST DECOR.
Refunds and Exchanges
☆ Refunds and Exchanges Return Policy:
NEST DECOR may accept returns on shipments for standard size items within ten (10) days of delivery.
☆Oversized items (furniture) may not be returned.
Goods that are shipped in a crate via freight carrier are final sale and not eligible for return.

☆ For all returned goods, buyer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)prior to returning the goods
☆ Buyer pays for return shipping
The full amount of the returned Goods less shipping cost, will be returned to the buyer once NEST DECOR has the item back in its possession.
