1 out of 5 starsDue to customs holding back the parcel, we had to wait 3 weeks for delivery to arrive - and pay an extra fee! It took 8 emails back and forth to seller before they would help. After all that, my wife opened the parcel on Xmas day and the poster is smudged in various places, even has a black line through the writing. Absolute waste of time and money, now having to source the same poster elsewhere as can not use the one bought here. Very disappointed and would, unfortunately, not recommend seller. Expected much more from this site.

Hi Jonny! We've discuss this issue before as all buyers responsible for paying any international Tax fee. In your case, our team have agreed on bare half the cost of the extra charge you've paid, we've already sending you the fees. For delivery time frame, 3 weeks is the standard delivery for international shipping, sorry if you not read the shipping terms before purchase order. We have sold hundreds of the same print, the print is designed with vintage distress texture, I believe is not what you mention "smudged" in the prints, you can look carefully from the preview picture. However, if the prints is damage, bend or any other kind of delivery damage happen, you can always contact us with sending us a picture of the damage prints, we are happily accept return and replace.

3 out of 5 starsWhen I opened the package I pulled out the poster and thought, "this is cool." My second thought was, "I paid $20 for this? That seems excessive."
