Please, know that my shoes, and all my products & materials that I use are superb quality, and everything that is handmade is elaborated in a clean, no pets, non-smoking studio.

About

Finding satisfaction and loving it!

I'm married with two adult children! my pride and joy!

My husband and I had a Children's and Bridal Boutique for 30 years; After our children left to college, and now to get married we decided that we still needed to stay in business but, needed to find the balance to be able to enjoy things we like such as traveling, and be able to be productive to pay for our bills.

I'm very happy when I'm designing and creating, so I knew I had to continue my business from home; Etsy gives me both opportunities: to work from home, and to share what I create.

When I was 11 years old I was fascinated with my mothers Yardage Shop, I had the opportunity to experiment with everything I had at hand: many fabric textures, trims, notions, patterns, etc; When I was 15 years old, I was already making changes and adjustments to
patterns (still do) to make my own clothes uniquely different.

Times have changed through the years and I needed to use my time wisely to be able to attend my family, and help our businesses grow, so I dedicated less time for sewing, and more time to design unique accessories for Children and Bridal for our Business.

And this is how our two Etsy shops were born!

For Brides: For any theme Wedding: Flat Shoes, and most sizes of heels Shoes, that are hand dyed to any of my 200 colors, and embellished with the most exquisite elements such as Alencon laces, Venice laces, French laces, Glass Pearls, Glass Crystals, Austrian Swarovski Crystals, Silk flowers, Ribbons, and more; I have an enormous collection of elements, and keep adding more, and more (is an addiction) to make my unique designs.

Other Bridal Accessories that I Design and Create:
Veils, Purses, Fascinators, Bouquets, Lassos, Hair Accessories, Headpieces, Garters, and Sexy but, in good taste: Lingerie.
Don't be surprised to find something unusual in my shop I like to share Vintage items, because past eras glamour fascinates me.

I can help you confirm your shoe size, by providing you with an easy step by step guide to measure your feet's instep length; You may confirm your size before, or after placing your shoes order; You must mention that you need help CONFIRMING YOUR SIZE, I won't have any other way of knowing that you need size confirmation.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS ARE ALSO FINAL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE IS CHARGED to CANCELLED ORDERS, RETURNED ITEMS, OR * "CHANGE MY MIND ORDERS";
no money is returned for shipping charges on items already shipped, the cost must be paid by buyer;
Any item being exchanged, or returned must be in the same impeccable clean condition as when they were shipped to buyer: no worn, and no stain marks, or any other damage, ITEM/S will not be accepted, AND BUYER WILL PAY TO SHIP ITEM/S BACK.

* "CHANGE MY MIND ORDERS" When a buyer changes her/his mind about the order, it can only be canceled on the same day the order was placed (with 20% restocking fee cost for my time to process cancellation), not later than same day, and only if, the order has not already been shipped; once the order is in transit even on same day order was placed, the order cancellation WON'T be accepted.

Underwear (Lingerie items), CAN NOT be returned or exchanged, please check your own measurements and compare to the measurements given in my underwear items' listings information.

I personally make every item; I do a final inspection before shipping, to make sure every detail in it is totally secured and free from stains, scuffs, or defects. If, any item is damage during transit, you'll need to make a claim to carrier;

USA Postal Service is used most times; UPS or other carriers whenever requested;
upgrades, insurance and SIGNATURE confirmations by request only, and at extra cost to buyer. The prices listed for International shippings, are estimated amounts, if a greater price incurrs for shipping international packages, buyer will be contacted by e-mail, at that time customer may decide to cansel order at no extra cost (no re-stocking fee) or pay the difference to proceed with order. I always ship First Class VIA US Postal Service. If you prefer a different carrier, or Shipping upgrade (example: Int’l Express Priority, Insurance, Signature Requested Delivery), you must contact me with complete address information for a Quote.

The United States Postal Service, and other Carriers are Reliable, but it is the Buyer’s local Postal Service’s responsibility to notify buyer that their package is ready, needs to pay local taxes or has been delivered. Refunds will NOT be given if Buyer doesn’t want to pay taxes on their order, so please contact your local customs office. Refunds will NOT be given if Package gets lost. It rarely happens, but it is best to be informed about this Policy.

I also do accesories for groups of Bridesmaids and flower girls, on request; you must provide by mail a swatch for right color. Contact for timing (timing varies due to multiple factors, from 2-8 weeks).
