Most of my hats are one size and fit a standard head circumference of 56–58 cm.
Brim width, design measurements, and exact details are listed in each product description.

What if my hat arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged during transit, please message me within 8 hours with photos of the box and the hat.

Yes — the hat you receive will be the exact same design, materials, and craftsmanship as shown in the photos.
All images are taken in our studio under professional lighting to reflect the true color and structure as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in color may occur depending on individual screen settings or lighting conditions.
If you would like additional photos or a short video before shipping, I’m happy to provide that for you.
How long does it take to make my hat?
Most hats are handmade and ship out in 1-2 business days.
During peak Kentucky Derby season (March–May), processing times may be slightly longer.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush production and express shipping are available.

Can you make the hat match my dress?
Absolutely! I can customize colors, feathers, flowers, and details so your hat matches perfectly.
