Shipping
Item is by weight (see shipping details). All items purchased from usa address will be shipped using paypals ship and track, you must sign for your package. Additional items are rated by the exact weight of the item plus a handling cost, and you must contact us for a combo bill with the rate for any additional weight. First class mail has a 13 oz limitation if you reach that with multiple items it will have to go out priority mail which does cost more and you will need a rate change due to higher costs to ship it. Both myself and my co worker do a item insp ection of each PIECE before they are packaged to ship out to make sure they are inperfect condition. So if something arrives damaged, you know for sure it's a shipper-co error and to contact us for the claim form! It's part of our way to assure you we want you to be 100% happy :) If there is any problem do contact us by ESTY's message system ONLY(not email)! We are happy you help you resolve it, before leaving feedback
