My boss needed a birthday present for his client's birthday party that was happening in less than a week. I found this clock on Etsy and thought it looked beautiful. When I saw that it took 2 - 3 weeks to ship, I reached out to Patrick and told him I need it ASAP. He said he could get it done and jumped right on it. Patrick was very professional and helpful. He saved the day and we got it a day before the party. The clock was GORGEOUS!!! Beautiful craftsmanship. My boss' client loved it. Thanks Patrick!

Please understand that all New Mission Workshop products are made from natural products, and therefore, no two are ever the same. The product you receive will not match exactly what you see in the sample photo, unless otherwise noted as being a photo of the actual photo of the product you will receive. If you have questions about the guarantee, ask us.

The movement of each clock is guaranteed for three years of normal use. If the movement has been damaged by you, the warranty is voided.

If you are not satisfied with a piece of furniture, you have 10 days to return it, shipping to be paid by you. Proper packing of product is essential; improperly packed returns will be subject to a fee to fix any damage done.

All of our products are payable via PayPal, the largest online payment service. You need not have a PayPal account to pay; you may use any major credit card, or even your bank card. However, if you do not wish to pay over the Internet, we will happily accept your personal check or money order. Your product will not be shipped until the check or money order clears the bank. Please contact us about how to do this.
Shipping
Items at The New Mission Workshop are generally made to order, and not kept as inventory. Therefore, please allow at least two weeks delivery time for your product (Mission Lectern allow at least 3 weeks). Occasionally, we have a product ready to ship. This will be indicated on the web page. Express shipping is available; please contact us about pricing and times.

The New Mission Workshop will ship your item via FedEx, and a delivery signature will be required; the package will not be delivered with someone present to sign.

We will also ship overseas for an additional cost. The Mission Lectern may also be shipped overseas; contact The New Mission Workshop about pricing.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the product does not satisfy you for any reason, simply return it just as it was sent to you. Once we receive it, we will credit your account for the purchase price, minus the shipping cost incurred by us. You must contact us first before returning the product to receive an RMA number. You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Unfortunately, custom orders are not returnable.

Returned orders must be properly wrapped and packaged. They must be shipped via FedEx, UPS or United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. No credit can be issued if damage occurs as a result of improper packaging.

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Damaged merchandise must be reported to The New Mission Workshop within 24 hours upon receipt of the item. Please retain all boxes and packing materials for a damage inspection by the delivery carrier.

Credit for damaged merchandise may be forfeited if report is not made within the time specified. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
