Welcome to New Moon Beginnings!!!

My life and shop is filled with the beauty and energy of crystals! I have a love of rocks, minerals, and aromatherapy which inspires me everyday of my life and pushed me to open my shop. There is simply too much beauty to sit on a shelf and keep to myself. Each piece I create/pick out is inspired by the world around me. I am spiritual by nature and enjoy the peace that working with these beautiful crystals gives to me. I try and find that perfect crystal or stone that have the most beautiful and positive; light and energy.

Every piece I list has been carefully and lovingly selected. I must feel the the harmony of the crystals in my jewelry, as well as a visually pleasing piece. I hope any choice you make from my shop, raises your spirits and guides you in your journeys. I try to find materials in their most natural state and the best quality possible. Please note that some stones might have been stabilized and/or heated for quality and wearability.

Aromatherapy products are blended and created when you place your order, so you know what you are getting is fresh and has not set around to loose it's scent. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about the product, I only use all natural and organic ingredients. If you would like a special blend that can be done as well.

Welcome to my shop filled with the beauty and energy of crystals! Each piece I create is inspired by the world around me. I am spiritual by nature and enjoy a quiet moment to meditate during my life of chaos. After all, I do have a full-time job and renovating a house.

Every piece I list has been carefully and lovingly selected. I must feel the the harmony of the crystals in my jewelry, as well as a visually pleasing piece. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If there is something wrong with your order such as you received the wrong item or an item arrived damage, please message us as soon as possible and we will help make it right. We may ask for a photograph to confirm the issue. We may also need a photograph of any damaged items/packaging to file a claim, so please hold onto your packaging until after you speak with us.

ITEMS WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INCLUDE:

Earrings: We do not accept returns or exchanges on Earrings under any condition. This is for hypoallergenic reasons.

Candles, Mist Sprays and Bath Salts: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any Candles, Sprays or Bath Salts. If you have scent preferences, please message us before ordering and we can help you find something that you love!

Mystery Boxes: We do not accept returns or exchanges on mystery boxes (partial or whole).

Custom Bracelets: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom bracelets (custom size/clasp). If a wire and clasp bracelet does not fit, we will resize it for you. There will be a fee for us to take it apart and remake it, and also to account for any additional beads added to the bracelet. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON OTHER ITEMS:

We accept exchanges on stock items. Item must be unworn and in the same condition as it was sent. Buyer pays shipping costs both ways unless there is something wrong with the item. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, with the day that it is marked delivered being day 1. Item must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving your order, with the day that it is marked delivered being day 1.

Returns are not accepted unless we sent you the wrong item or there is damage to the item. Please read full description and see all photos/videos in the listings before placing an order. If you still have questions or anything is unclear to you, please message us with your questions before making your purchase.

If you have any required characteristics for the items you would like, PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. We will verify if we have the items that meet your wishes before you order. You are welcome to place an order with a note requesting specific characteristics, and we will do our best to find you a piece that meets all of your wishes. However, if we cannot find a piece that meets your exact wishes, we will find the best match for your request and fulfill your order. If this happens and you are unhappy, it will not be considered as an "incorrect item" that would qualify for a return. It can still be exchanged under our policy described above.

Make secure payments using Paypal. All Paypal transactions are automatically protected from fraud. I also take credit cards and Etsy gift cards.

At New Moon Beginnings, we do our best to ship orders within two to four business days. Please note, we are not open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, but will get to your orders as soon as we can! Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Be sure to keep a copy of this confirmation for your records.

All shipments are made to the address you list at checkout. My shop is not liable for incorrect addresses, even if you message or email me after you checkout. This is because we do not always receive the message prior to shipping your order. To ensure that your package gets to you without delay, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date BEFORE placing your order.

Wondering when your items are going to ship?
Go to your account information under "You" - click on "purchases and reviews" and you should see a ship date there.

US orders are shipped via one of several shipping providers, including USPS First Class and Priority mail, UPS SurePost, UPS Ground and Fedex Ground. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the provider we decide to use to ship your order is entirely at our discretion.

For US orders (please note that COVID-19 has caused delays in typical shipping times):
Packages shipped first class mail take approximately 3-6 days from the day shipped to arrive. This does not include the time it takes for us to process and fulfill your order.
Packages shipped Priority typically take 2-3 days from the day shipped to arrive. This does not include the time it takes for us to process and fulfill your order.
Packages shipped Express Mail take 1-2 days from the day shipped to arrive. This does not include the time it takes for us to process and fulfill your order.

International orders will be shipped via one of several shipping providers, including GlobalPost, USPS International, UPS International, FedEx International or DHL.

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. International first class mail can take 1-6 weeks to arrive. It varies by country and if your package is held up in customs. Delays have become much more common since COVID-19 began.

If an item is undeliverable, lost, or stalled. Please try calling the post office to see if there is a way for them to try redelivering . confirming where the package is, or if you can arrange to pick it up from the local post office.

Sizing details

Elastic bracelets are NOT customizable and are one size fits most.

Wire and Clasp Bracelet sizes: Please note that jewelry lengths include the clasp.
Average woman's size is 7" and average male size 8". If unsure, please measure your wrist with a string and a ruler OR with a measuring tape. Take that number and add about 0.5 to 1 inch for a perfect, comfortable fit (Not tight, not too loose).

Stones and Crystal sizes are listed in the description. Sizes are measured across the largest/longest part of the stone. If a piece is long and narrow, we drop it to down to the next size category to ensure you get a piece of the correct value and overall size.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not gift wrap items because they are fragile and need to be packaged securely for shipment. We feel it is most important for your items to arrive in great condition!

Rings are shipped in a nice ring box. Earrings are placed into an earring holder and then into a nice box.

Each custom-sized bracelet and all pendants come in an organza bag.

Corded Necklaces and Elastic Bracelets will come in a small plastic bag.

All stones and crystals are packaged in the most secure packaging and cannot be gift wrapped.

Candle Safety Instructions

1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Ensure wicks are upright and trimmed to 7mm each time candle is lit.
3. Never leave wick trimmings, matches or other debris in your candle jar.
4. Never use water to extinguish a candle.
5. Do not use lid to extinguish candle.
6. Never move a burning candle. Ensure candle is extinguished, wax is solid and jar is cold before handling.
7. Don't burn a candle all the way down. Extinguish the flame when there is still a small amount of wax remaining on the bottom.
8. Avoid burning in drafty areas, near an open window, air duct or fan.
8. Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
9. Candle containers may become hot. Burn candle on an appropriate flat heat-resistant surface.

Jewelry Care Instructions

Please do not wear your jewelry in water. This includes Bracelets, Earrings, Rings, Pendants and Necklaces. Over time, water and moisture can break down the stringing materials used to create the bracelet and cause it to break. Some metals used to make the jewelry can also break down over time if water penetrates it. Also, some stones and crystals used to make jewelry can be porous, such as Selenite. These stones can be damaged by water.
