Welcome to New Moon Beginnings!!!

My life and shop is filled with the beauty and energy of crystals! I have a love of rocks, minerals, and aromatherapy which inspires me everyday of my life and pushed me to open my shop. There is simply too much beauty to sit on a shelf and keep to myself. Each piece I create/pick out is inspired by the world around me. I am spiritual by nature and enjoy the peace that working with these beautiful crystals gives to me. I try and find that perfect crystal or stone that have the most beautiful and positive; light and energy.

Every piece I list has been carefully and lovingly selected. I must feel the the harmony of the crystals in my jewelry, as well as a visually pleasing piece. I hope any choice you make from my shop, raises your spirits and guides you in your journeys. I try to find materials in their most natural state and the best quality possible. Please note that some stones might have been stabilized and/or heated for quality and wearability.

Aromatherapy products are blended and created when you place your order, so you know what you are getting is fresh and has not set around to loose it's scent. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about the product, I only use all natural and organic ingredients. If you would like a special blend that can be done as well.

Welcome to my shop filled with the beauty and energy of crystals! Each piece I create is inspired by the world around me. I am spiritual by nature and enjoy a quiet moment to meditate during my life of chaos. After all, I do have a full-time job and renovating a house.

Every piece I list has been carefully and lovingly selected. I must feel the the harmony of the crystals in my jewelry, as well as a visually pleasing piece. I hope any choice you make from my shop, raises your spirits and guides you in your journeys. I try to find materials in their most natural state and the best quality possible. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns are not accepted, please review description and photos of each item and ask any questions before making your purchase.

I do accept exchanges on stock items, but the item must be sent back within 7 days after item is delivered. Item must be unworn and in the same condition as it was sent. Buyer pays return shipping & tracking costs.

Final Sale for the following items (NOT exchangeable) - candles, sprays, bath salts, ect made to order, one of a kind (if the listing states - you will receive the item that is photographed), All earrings, and custom orders.

If a wire and clasp bracelet does not fit I'm happy to adjust it for you, there will be a slight fee, since these are custom made bracelets and I will take it apart and remake it.

If item shows signs of wear or damage then exchange is up to our discretion.

Shipping
Please note we are running with a 3-4 business processing time, due to being off for the Holiday week, thank you for your patience and we will get your orders out as soon as possible.

All shipments are made to the address you list during the checkout, my shop is not liable for incorrect addresses, even if you convo or email after checkout - we do not always receive the message. To ensure that your package gets to you without delay, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date. Please go to your into your etsy account - its under "you" at the top of the computer screen, there is a drop down select "account settings" - once you are in that screen there are options at the top - click on "Addresses" - in this page are all of your shipping addresses. Please update to your correct address, and remove any that are incorrect. Also check which address the default is check marked

Wondering when your items are going to ship?
go to your account information under "You" - click on "purchases and reviews" and you should see a ship date there.

US orders are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority mail.

For US orders:
Packages shipped first class mail take 3-5 days from the day shipped to arrive.
Packages shipped Priority take 2-3 days from the day shipped to arrive.
Packages shipped Express Mail take 1-2 days from the day shipped to arrive.
We usually drop off packages mid day (12pm EST) and many will not make it for next day delivery, so we cannot guarantee it, sorry.

At this time I do not insure items. If you require insurance please send me an email and I can add the extra cost to your order. Or pay using PAYPAL which has an insurance option.

Damage that occurs during shipping will not be reimbursed. We make an effort to wrap our jewelry in protective layers or boxes to make sure they get to you in perfect shape.

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. International first class mail can take 1-6 weeks to arrive. It varies by country and if your package is held up in customs.

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping company it is no longer in our control. Please inquire about insurance if you are worried about this.

If an item is undeliverable, lost, or stalled. Please try calling the post office to see if there is a way for them to try redelivering . confirming where the package is, or if you can arrange to pick it up from the local post office.

CANCELLATIONS are NOT accepted. Once the item has been processed I can't it.

Size guide for bracelets: With a piece of string or tape, measure your wrist just below the wrist bone or where you intend to wear the bracelet. Now add between 1/2 to 1 inch for a tight or loose wear.
Please note sizes are approximated due to the size beads variations.

Handmade Jewelry is more fragile than industrially made items, therefore it needs to be handled with care and consideration.

Once an order is placed I cannot refund a coupon code you may have forgotten to use ♡ I apologize!

SIZING

Bracelet sizes: Some pieces appear larger in photos than actual size. Please note that jewelry lengths include the clasp.
Average woman's size is 7" and average male size 8". If unsure, please measure your wrist with a string and a ruler OR with a measuring tape. Take that number and add about 0.5 - 1 inch for a perfect, comfortable fit. (Not tight, not too loose). or If you are still unsure of what size to order, please include your wrist size and whether you prefer a loose, regular, or tight fit to the order notes, and I will size accordingly.
~ If you need a size other then what is listed in the options, no problem. Just send me a message in the checkout box.

Candle Safety Instructions

1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Never use water to extinguish a candle; this is extremely dangerous as it can cause excess heat and steam, which may cause the container/glass to explode.
3. Ensure wicks are upright and trimmed to 7mm (1/4 inch) during use and each time candle is relit.
4. Never move a burning candle. Ensure candle is extinguished, wax is solid and jar is cold before handling.
5. Candle tins may become hot. Burn candle on an appropriate flat heat-resistant surface.
6. Avoid using in drafty areas, near an open window, air duct or fan.
7. Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
8. Do not use lid to extinguish candle.
9. Don't burn a candle all the way down. Extinguish th
