He helped me customise my 5 signs so they all matched perfectly and suited the different spaces I needed them for. He was always quick to respond to questions and enquiries, and the products were shipped securely and arrived quickly. One of the signs arrived with a minor fault, but Jun resolved the issue straight away with no hassle at all. 10/10 experience. Our neon sign have an transparent acrylic backing to support the LED strip,we will punch holes on the acrylic backboard and provide install nails , so that you can install them on the wall. If you want to hang it,we also provide the hanging chain in every packages.
(9) How long is the warranty period of the product?
The warranty period of our products is one year. During this period, If the product cannot flash due to its own reasons,we can replace you with sign for free.
(10) How long can I get my replace sign?
After confirm the details of your replace sign with our service,you will suppose to get the replace one within 2 weeks
(11) Can the house number sign powered by battery or solar energy?
We are very sorry,the house number box only can work though power supplier,once we work out battery or solar supply,we will note at our listing ASAP
(12) Why the house number signs have horizontal bars between fonts?
The cross bar is used to fix the font on the stainless steel surface. This can prevent the letters from falling by setting up this cross bar.
