Returns and exchanges
For PERSONALIZED and NON PERSONALIZED orders: if we make your order the way you requested {size, sleeve length, font color, etc}, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. These items are made to order and we're happy replace anything we made incorrectly, otherwise all sales are final.
- So be sure to review the sizing guide on the 5th image of every listing before you order. If in doubt, size up.
*****Shipping Addresses and Lost in Transit*****
We ship to the address given by the customer, we can not be held responsible for the customer inputting the wrong address. Please make sure everything is correct before you order.
- If USPS loses your package in transit, we will re-send your item.
- Once the package has been marked "Delivered" by USPS we are no longer responsible for the shipment.

I ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
For international shipments, I use USPS First Class International, which does not come with a tracking or confirmation option. Please keep in mind that international shipments can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive.

Additional policies and FAQs
You have responsibility to double check the spelling on personalized orders. I generally copy/paste your text so spelling, capitalization and punctuation should be accurate, the way you would like it to appear on the item. Some fonts and designs use ALL CAPS, in this case I will convert your text to ALL CAPS if you send lower case.
COLORING:
Keep in mind that coloring may differ from computer to computer & even from printer to printer so I cannot be held accountable for variations in color hue. However I do look at the finished product and make sure it looks great (never faded or washed out).
