5 out of 5 starsI'm partial to clean glass coffee cups. This one is heavy enough and the etching is excellent work. I would order more.

5 out of 5 starsLooked fantastic when it arrived, and my niece loved it! She's a huge fan of the series and could tell right off the bat that the script on the glass spelled out her name. Well done! Very pleased with this purchase.

5 out of 5 starsBought these with GPS coordinates for first homes recently purchased by two nephews. Excellent quality glasses, they have a nice weight to them and the personalization was perfect. They also arrived very quickly. I would highly recommend.

Living My Dream
Hello - Welcome to my studio.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, making people say "wow" and "that's cool" and "that's beautiful". Seeing something in my mind and making it a reality that someone in another part of the world will enjoy is a thrill to me. For what seems like my entire life I have tried craft after craft and artistic media after artistic media - with varying degrees of satisfaction and success. I have wanted to be an artist for as long as I can remember, but I never quite felt like I achieved that goal - until I discovered sand blasting glass.
I do all the design and etching personally, but my whole family participates in the studio. My children have given me the ideas for my favorite Sherlock and Doctor Who items. My husband is my "engineering department" - he bought me my first sandblaster and handles all the mechanicals.
Even my four-legged family members help in the shop! With every order, you will receive a gift from my quality control assistants. Merlin and Oliver are a crazy pair of rescued Bichon Frise fluff balls. Along with the rest of the family, they check all the items before they are shipped out. They had me design a special glass "paw print" approval for each order. Penny, a rescued tabby cat, "helps" with the shipping. (well, she considers it help)

I have finally found my "song". It sounds just like the noise made by an air compressor and a sandblaster.

Shipping
A word about our shipping rates - Glass is heavy and shipping glass is tricky. Extra packaging is required to keep the items safe in transit. If you order multiple items and amount that is added up by Etsy significantly exceeds packaging and handling costs, I do refund excess. Please send me a convo if you have questions.
In order to keep shipping prices as low as possible, I ship via the most economical, yet insured, method. Usually this will be the USPS, but we reserve the right to change the method for any reason. If you have a specific preference and are willing to pay the difference, I'll make every effort to accommodate your request - as long as the method is traceable and insured.
Lovely Glass Designs makes every effort to help ensure safe delivery. We package every item individually with great care, however, we cannot be held responsible for damage during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving the package including an image of the damaged item and container. Your item will be replaced asap - if it is replaceable. Some items in the store are one-of-a-kind. In that case, your money will be refunded provided you have given me sufficient proof of the damage to make an insurance claim. No refund can be given until either the item is returned or we've received photographs of the damaged item and packaging sufficient for the claim. Issuing a refund can take 7-14 days after receipt of proof.
International Customs Fees:
I cannot reimburse for customs fees levied by the buyer's country. I do all I can to ensure customs compliance, but I cannot predict nor reimburse for fees incurred or charged upon arrival. If you have questions, please contact the destination customs agency for further information regarding fees that may be incurred upon your packages arrival.
