NiGi is unique, handmade, hand-painted clothing for toddlers and kids. Each piece of clothing is one of a kind and handmade in the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad & Tobago.
Inspired by the special little ones in our lives, NiGi has been a household name for over 20 years throughout the Caribbean and in 2012, NiGi was introduced to the United States and Canada.
Our philosophy is simple: we feel that every step in the creation of our clothing is as important as each step in the development of your child. We pride ourselves that each NiGi product is created by human hands; each piece is personally designed and wrapped. So, from our family to yours, we offer the NiGi Experience.

Returns and exchanges
For all other purchases, please contact the company where you originally purchased the item. cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at physical NiGi retail outlets.
NiGi Retail Outlets cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased online at or from any other online or third party NiGi clothing re-sellers
Conditions for returns/exchanges:
• All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached.
• If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 14 business days of the original shipment date.
To return your item, repackage your product in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of the packing slip with a note of the reason for return. Please write your daytime phone number on the packing slip, this will speed processing of your product in the event we need to contact you. Send your package using a traceable delivery service of your choice. Returns take 2 to 3 business days to process, you will be notified of your return via e-mail. We will attempt to refund the credit card you used for the original transaction. Your credit card company determines the time it takes for the returned amount to post to your account. (Return merchandise after 14 days of receipt of purchase OR without sales receipt will only be given current store price credit, we do not charge a re-stocking fee ).
• Returns must be processed within 30 days of the original delivery date.
• Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
Please follow our return guidelines shown above when returning your product for exchange. Please note on the packing slip the item you are exchanging, the desired item, and the reason for exchange. Please contact us so we may assist you in getting the correct size or item. Our stock changes frequently, contacting us prior to your exchange is the best way to insure we have your desired exchange item in stock.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 14 business days of delivery date.
• The customer pays for shipping of the exchange back to our warehouse.
• Exchanges are shipped back to the customer using ground shipment.
• Shipment of your exchanged merchandise from our warehouse is free.

We do not refund original shipping costs on returns or exchanges. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, NiGi Children’s Clothing will reimburse the return shipping charges.
We only accept pre-paid orders here on Etsy or through PayPal. Cancellations must be received before an item ships. Orders made in the state of Colorado will be charged an additional 8.1% sales tax.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item ships. Unfortunately at the moment we do not usually ship outside of the United States. If you would like to have an item shipped somewhere outside of the U.S. please contact us via Etsy Conversations or on our Facebook page ( via message and we are happy to look into options.
