Please be aware, all sales are final once shipped. We are not liable for weather related shipping damages. We pride ourselves in shipping high quality live plants and do our very best to ensure your new plants arrive to you safe and secure. Unfortunately, weather is out of our control.
By purchasing live plants to be shipped to you, you are agreeing that there is an inherent risk (plants arriving damaged due to fluctuating temperatures, leaves yellowing from stress, stems breaking, etc) involved in this process.
We will cancel and refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee within 24 hours after your purchase --- if your order isn't being processed for shipping. After 24 hours we will issue store credit for the full purchase price. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Please check your weather before ordering , we suggest Mylar bubble wrap and including a 120 hr, 96hr, or 72 hr heat pack for for below 40f.
We are not responsible for cold damage or carrier delays .

Although Heat packs combined with Mylar bubble wrap are effective for shipping living things they are not manufactured to function below freezing temperatures.

Cactus and succulents ship out UPS GROUND
Cactus and succulents are shipped in pot when possible. To reduce shipping stress and to protect roots we reserve the option top ship bare-root if necessary.
We try to ship araceae in pot when possible, to reduce plant stress. sometimes we will have to make a decision to ship bare-root, it is up to our discretion at time of packaging.
The plants we provide are living organisms, they are not perfect. They can have scars , imperfections and can potentially loose a leaf from when the photo is take .
We are a small nursery, we love our plants and try to represent them as accurately as possible.
We work very hard to grow happy plants. Nature happens in cultivation and we do our best to work with it and grow healthy plants. We also work other day jobs and do our best to answer your questions and get you your new plant friends.

Additionally, your plant may experience minor damage on its journey to you. Shipping can be stressful on a plant As long as the plant is healthy and rooted, it will grow with the seasons.

I moved it to a chunky mix and clear pot and it’s already been rooting and put out its newest leaf. Highly recommend this seller!
