Thank you for taking the time to check out our little Etsy Shop. Many of the items that we offering are from either years of collecting ideas or inspiration from around the country. You will find many of our recent items created for those passionate about fishing or personalized themed items centered around fishing/nautical.

Once files have been downloaded, I cannot offer a refund. But your happiness and enjoyment of the files created for you are extremely important. Please let me know if you have any issues with your file. I am available to offer a wide ray of support for the file you purchased. * NOTE: I am not able to offer a guarantee of the file working with your specific machine. Please take the time to ask questions prior to purchase.


Returns are accepted ONLY if we have made a clear mistake. We will require you to show us proof via photo and/or mailing the item back to us. (costs for shipping will be refunded via Etsy payment method if it was our mistake). The item will not be re-made if not doing so. This policy is to protect us from fraud and misuse of this refund/return policy. Because our job involves custom painting and handmade items, no two lures will be alike. You will need to be aware of inconsistencies and one of a kind uniqueness to each and every order. We do not re-make items for inconsistencies related situations. (painting, stamping, metal wear, ect.....)

We do not issue refunds when a purchase is made and it does not arrive by a certain date/holiday (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Father's Day and more). Indicating you want an item by a certain date in the notes does not ensure this will happen. Due to the amount of orders we receive each day - we do not view all notes until we are getting to those orders in our production list and they are ready to be worked on. The best way to contact us to receive immediate attention is through the convo system that Etsy has set up. We have our turnaround times listed on every single listing. It also appears at checkout prior to payment, and is listed in our announcement at all times. It is also sent via e-mail after purchase on your invoice receipt. Your purchase tells us you are aware of these times and policies. While we promise to do our best - we simply can not be responsible for having orders arrive by a deadline if it is sooner than our posted turnaround times or our method of shipping. This is why we offer rush production, upgrades in shipping, and quick answers via convos made directly to us. We are as up front as we can be in answering question promptly and accurately so that no miscommunication is had.

We can not be responsible for damages or losses. Any item marked as delivered on the USPS tracking will be considered as such. We do not replace items not received if tracking shows that it has been delivered as scheduled. If this is the case, please check with neighbors, the front door, and follow-up with your local post office to determine what can be done. We simply can not be responsible for items that say

We will pack and ship items to the best of our ability and send e-mails when items are shipped. If an item is lost in the mail, please contact us and we will do what we can to help, however the first step would be for the customer to contact their local post office and attempt to find out the package whereabouts using the tracking info that is provided via e-mail when the item is shipped. No package will be determine lost until 4 weeks past it's expected delivery time (US) or 6 weeks (INTERNATIONAL). No exceptions - even if it is a gift for someone due to a holiday. We simply can not be responsible for these unexpected situations. We will, however, file claims with USPS and proceed from there on a case by case basis and work with a customer to find a solution.
If any package arrives with damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately. We will ask for you to provide us with proof, etc. From there we will file claims with the USPS. You will need to provide us with proof of damage and may be asked to return the item to us before any refund is issued if we determine that to be the correct step to take. These situations will all be examined on a case by case basis.
We accept Paypal and Money Orders. If you are wanting to pay with Personal Check you will need to contact us prior to doing so. All items are held until personal checks have cleared my bank which takes up to 7-10 days.

Please note that NO physical items will be shipped. ALL ITEMS ARE DIGITAL FILES. You are responsible for the downloading process. If you are not able to download your files, please feel free to contact us right away.

As soon as your payment is confirmed you will see a "download" button on your Etsy Purchases and Receipt page.

You will also receive an email with a link to download your order directly from Etsy to the email address you have linked to your Etsy account.

We are able to answer all questions related to the file and creation of the file. However, we are not able to answer questions directly related to your cutting machine or cutting


WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. If your ship date lands on either of these options, it will be mailed on the next business day. Thank you for your understanding.

Every single one of our items has a estimated completion time associated with. This can be viewed by clicking on the SHIPPING/POLICY tab within the item listing page. This is the time that it takes to complete/produce the order (not the time frame that you will receive it by). If the order is in stock and already made, it will be typically be shipped just as soon as possible (greeting cards and ready to ship section). A majority of our items are customized or made to order - so those purchases will be sent no later than the time indicated on the shipping tab on the listing. Many times it is quicker than this posted time, but we feel better indicating a longer time so there is no discrepancy when it comes to deadlines. Some custom décor items have a longer completion time. There are many things that influence the time it takes to complete an order (how many colors of paint, drying time, intricacy of the design, materials in stock, customization, special requests, etc). We have no problem being in contact via e-mail during the process if you request us to do so. We will do our best to complete orders rapidly and efficiently. All orders are worked on in "material batches" as well as in the order received in to be fair to all customers' orders.

HOLIDAYS or INCREASE IN ORDERS - (Father's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Summer for wedding season) - Please be understanding that during holidays our production times may increase due to the amount of orders we are receiving. If this becomes the case, we will update our policies here so that all customers have a clear understanding of the expected timeframes. *CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME ON 'MOST' ITEMS IS 1-2 WEEKS . ALL TURNAROUND TIMES CAN BE VIEWED ON THE SHIPPING TAB ON EACH AND EVERY LISTING AND IS ALSO DISPLAYED PRIOR TO PURCHASE ON THE CHECKOUT SCREEN. IF ORDERING A READY TO SHIP ITEM ON FRI-SUN, YOUR PURCHASE WILL MOST LIKELY NOT SHIP UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY ---OR TUESDAY IF MONDAY IS A HOLIDAY OR WE ARE OUT OF TOWN.

USA SHIPPING - We will ship all orders via USPS to keep shipping costs low to our customers. In almost all cases we will ship in a small envelope using USPS First Class mail, which indicates a 2-5 BUSINESS day shipping time frame. We do not promise this delivery time, but simply re-state what is posted as the USPS standard guidelines. The address given is where we will ship to. Please make sure the address given is up-to-date on Etsy and/ or PayPal. Buyer is responsible for re-shipping fees and purchases will not be refunded because of a wrong address or missing information.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING (this add on is for quicker shipping ONLY. It does not change the posted production times)
If in the USA - we offer upgrades to USPS Priority mail, which is indicated as a 2-3 BUSINESS day shipping time frame and USPS Express mail, which is indicated as a 1-2 BUSINESS day shipping time frame.
If International - we offer upgrade to USPS International Priority Mail, which is indicated as a 6-10 business day shipping time frame and USPS International Express mail, which is indicated as a 3-5 business days shipping time frame. Again, we do not promise this delivery time, but simply re-state what is posted as the USPS standard guidelines.

RUSH ORDER UPGRADES - We also offer two RUSH PRODUCTION options if you make a purchase and need it very quickly. This option bumps you to the front of our production list and allows you to have your item created within 1-3 business days. You can read the details of these add-ons in detail on each posted listing. Please read these items descriptions carefully to insure you understand what you are purchasing. They are written with every detail included to avoid confusion or misunderstandings on arrival times, etc.

Our shop is not responsible for delays in shipping made by the USPS. We have no control over that aspect of the transaction. DO NOT ADD RUSH PRODUCTION WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. WE ONLY ACCEPT A CERTAIN AMOUNT AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

PACKAGING - In an effort to be environmentally responsible, we use as few packaging and shipping materials as possible. We most often use 6x9 paper envelopes/packages, polymailers or recycled boxes for larger orders. We do not include a paper receipt in our orders. If you would like one, please request one. We feel it is a misuse of paper, given a receipt has already been issued electronically via Etsy when the purchase is made, and when the item has shipped.

If you desire any specific requests to your order (upgrades, deadlines, insurance, confirmation, etc), this needs to be made at the time of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS - If for some reason you decide to cancel your order, we will honor that request. However, if the item has already been started, materials have been used, time has been spent or designs have been discussed and pre-approved - the refund may not be granted or may not be in it's entirety. If the item is something we can not re-sell due to unique personalization (names, date) - we will not offer a refund of any kind once work has been started. We reserve the right to charge for time and/or materials since a majority of our orders are custom. The dollar amount refunded is the sole decision of the shop owner - however we will always be courteous and fair. :)

OTHER - NicholasGomez is not responsible to allergic reactions to materials used in your finished products. We state all materials used in the listing descriptions of our products sold on Etsy. In some cases, lead is used in our products and will be indicated in the listing as well.

We are more than happy to create custom items. Please communicate with us with your ideas and together, we'll come up with something great. All custom items will be non-returnable and refundable.

Please feel free to use our designs on your items for sale. If you do so, we would love to see the finished product. Send us the link and we will post pictures and a link on our social media outlets and website. We will even tweet about it!
