This ring is absolutely exquisite! So very comfortable, and the design is so lovely--really does look a pool of water surrounded by river rocks! Wearing it often and will continue to do so!
MATERIALS and WORKMANSHIP:
Metal types, stone types, clasp types, and other details are typically available in item descriptions. I use primarily fine or sterling silver, but it is not uncommon for me to venture into copper, brass, or gold fill. I prefer natural stones, but synthetic and heat-treated stones are common in the market now - I use them rarely, but when I do, I will tell you in the item description. If you are ever in doubt, please ask – I am convo-friendly, and will get back to you with an answer to most questions within 24 hours.
I often make use of purchased clasps and chains, and (very occasionally) other purchased findings. Most of my findings are hand-made, however, and I will note any handmade chains or clasps in item descriptions. I solder all of my own jump rings closed (and generally the ones on purchased findings as well), so you do not have to worry about losing bits of your jewelry. All work is done by me, in my own workshop, so if something goes wrong with your piece, let me know, and I will do my best to make it right for you.
A note about wire gauges: Unless otherwise noted, my handmade earwires are made from 20g wire, which is a relatively standard size, even in the ready-made industry. I also use 18g, which is fine for regular to medium piercings in most cases - I will note the gauge in the item description. Note that a bigger wire gauge number = a smaller diameter wire.
Accepted payment methods
- Accepts Etsy gift cards
- Money Order
HOW IS IT SHIPPED?: I ship via the United States Postal Service, first class mail, to both domestic and international locations. I insure packages at my own expense if the contents are worth more than $100. If you are interested in other mail services (such as Priority Mail), or would like to have your $99 or less package insured, just contact me prior to paying, and I will send you a revised invoice.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET TO YOU?: Unless a Sunday or a post office holiday interferes, I ship all in-stock items within 72 hours of receiving your payment. Typical shipping time to anywhere in the Continental U.S. is 3 business days or less, sometimes slightly more to Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping varies from about 5 days to two weeks or more, depending on the destination. Please be aware that customs offices in your country may (and do) often delay your item.
CUSTOMS and TAXES: I am happy to ship internationally, but you will be responsible for any special customs fees or taxes on your end. Unfortunately, you are likely to be able to procure a better estimate of what those might be by asking customs officials in your own country, as information available to me varies widely - please note that duty on your end may be quite high, depending on the dollar amount of your item. California residents are subject to 8.25% tax, which is charged via PayPal at time of payment.

Additional policies and FAQs
Although at this time, I am not taking orders for custom designs, much of my jewelry is 'customizable'. If you want longer (or shorter) chain, bigger (or smaller) rings and bracelets, different stones, different finish, different ear wires… just let me know - if it can be done, then usually we can work it out. Some items - usually due to an unusual stone - are one of a kind, and cannot be remade. But we may be able to come up with a close substitute! Customized orders will involve extra production time, and sometimes extra production cost. I do not proceed until those details are agreed upon between us.
