Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

A cancellation of an order is possible as long as the package is not shipped. I usually ship within one day.


I sell mostly unique or rare and out-of-print collectibles which often can not be replaced. Therefore, all sales in general are considered as final, unless an item was misrepresented.

However, If you are not happy with the merchandise, please contact me within two days of receiving the item to see how we can resolve the deal to our mutual satisfaction, before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I will be as fair as I can, but I will not issue refunds for buyer's remorse. If a return is accepted, the item needs to be returned well packaged (best with the material I used to ship item) and with a tracking number within 14 days of receipt in the same condition as item was sold. I will issue the refund upon return and receipt of package. No refund will be issued for return shipping cost. However, I will refund return shipping if I made a mistake.

Damaged Package:

If for any reason your purchase / package arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receipt of package for instructions on how to proceed with a postal insurance claim - if package was insured. Please submit to me via e-mail clear pictures of all the packaging and the damaged item!
According to postal regulations, the claim needs to be filed within 3 days! If the outer package shows visible damage, please get right away the confirmation from the postal clerk by pick up or delivery! In the US, it will be a stamp on the package that will confirm 'damaged in mail' or something like this. In addition, please ask the clerk for help to file a damage report, which needs to be done by the receiver (you)!
In case the outer package shows significant damage, maybe consider to unpack the item in front of the clerk to take pictures of the damaged package and damaged item to include with the damage report. Please, save all original packaging materials as photos of --and-- the actual packaging are generally required to prove damage in transit -- so I can issue you a proper refund.

If saving the packaging, taking clear photos of the damaged package and item and damage report with the post office are not done by the buyer, I will be unable to file an insurance claim and to issue you a refund. Please, do not return the item before all of these steps are done. Only, when all necessary and USPS required steps were executed, than it will be possible to return the damaged item.
I usually try to pack my items as secure as possible to avoid such troubles. This is only in case of some unforeseen forces.

Lost Package:

The Postal Service does not consider a package as lost unless it has been 30 business days from date the package was sent within US -- international packages 60 days. Once, this time frame has passed, I will be able to file a claim and either offer a refund or store credit towards another item in my shop as of buyer's choice -- after the buyer has filed a Lost/stolen package report from the post office and an affidavit for insurance purposes.
I accept debit/credit card payments through --you DO NOT need a paypal account in order to make a one time payment, or through etsy payment.

I will be happy to COMBINE ORDERS TO SAVE YOU ON SHIPPING when ever it is possible..

Buyer only pays actual shipping and handling costs. Any shipping costs that exceed actual shipping and handling costs for single or combined items purchased will be refunded to the buyer. I like to use recycled material when available in order to save you on material costs.

If you would like to have the item shipped to a different address, please contact me immediately with the right information and make sure that you INCLUDE the Ship-To- Address With your Payment! According to etsy and paypal regulations, I Have to Ship to Address Provided With payment.

If the address submitted with payment is different than the ship-to address, I have to refund you the paypal or etsy payment and I have to ask you to include the right ship-to address when submitting the new payment. This is very important for tracking as info should not differ from address provided and for buyer's and seller's protection. THANK YOU.

Shipping prices include solid packaging and tracking when possible. I will do my best to pack your item[s] as secure as I can to avoid any damages during the regular transport according to the USPS postal regulations.

When item does not fit in the flat rate envelope or box, I always have a little note at the end of the item description. The rates displayed is the price of highest zone/country for your orientation what it might cost, BUT in most cases the shipping rate might be Much lower. Please ask for your rate, so that I can adjust shipping before you purchase through check-out; or I will refund the overage. Thank you.

Priority flat rate box is often, but not always the better rate. I will go with the package weight (varies per zone/country) -- if it cost less than the flat rate.


Import duties, VAT taxes, GST and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These charges are buyer's responsibility. Please, do not confuse these charges for add. postage. These are fees your country may charge for importing goods.

> Etsy has recently changed some verbiage that may be confusing about VAT charges; "VAT included (where applicable)". By law I CANNOT collect VAT charges as I am not an EU seller. Your VAT charges will be your responsibility, and levied to your country prior to picking up your item!! <

These fees would be normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company, your local post office or local customs office.

In case buyer fails to pick up the package at customs or post office which will hold the package for ca. 10 days unless buyer arranged a new pick up date and as result it is returned to me, I will either re-ship the package - buyer has to cover return shipping charge and the new shipping costs the post office will charge again; or I will issue a refund when item is received -- minus the shipping and return shipping fees. As per new Postal Regulations of 2016, "Shippers in the US will now pay return postage fees for undeliverable packages."


Usually, I will ship all items within 1-2 business days and use mainly the US Postal Service.

Since a third party is involved in delivering your items, I can not give a guarantee a package will arrive to a certain date. International packages have to go through at least two customs, the US and your country, which might delay delivery.

During the twenty++ years, I shipped thousands of packages - I had two lost, two damaged packages and one took six months to arrive. Usually, Priority mail within US takes ca 2-4 days; International 1st Class or Priority package ca 2-8 weeks, rarely up to three months; Express mail ca 5-10 business days.

However, if a package takes an unusual long time to arrive, please feel free to contact me. I mostly have, therefore will provide a tracking number when the package is mailed, including the info where you might be able to track your package. The US Postal web-site is offering the possibility to request an e-mail up-date which can be found next to the tracking info and might be helpful to get a package moving. There is also a toll free phone-number.

I always will try my best to help locating a package and if necessary, I will open an investigation.
Information retained includes all information that is part of an order in electronic form on the Etsy website. This includes order details, shipping address, as well as contact information provided by the buyer when they opt in via the purchase. Any messages sent to the seller will also be retained on the Etsy site. A copy of the order notification and payment details (this does NOT include credit card numbers) will be printed and retained to accurately complete the order and then filed for record keeping and tax purposes. None of the information retained will be used for marketing purposes on my part. Shipping address and contact information will only be used to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for other necessary/legal reasons such as inquiries or insurance claims with the shipping courier or paying taxes. Sellers do not have access to a billing address if it is different from your shipping address.
