I make everything by hand.
I started to cross-stitch as a hobby and am self taught. As a military wife, it has gotten me through many hours at home alone. I run my business from home where most of my items are made directly from my couch. I get to do what I love and I never take that for granted.

I am always available to communicate with my customers.
After my own negative experiences with not being able to contact sellers on various sites, I vowed to always answer messages I receive promptly. Have a question? I'll answer. Want a custom piece? Just ask. I'm always there to answer questions.

I only make things once.
Whether it's cross-stitch or jewelry, everything in my shop is only made once for originality. I love my customer feedback and always take it to heart. Their satisfaction is very important to me.
