Welcome to Nicole Hutch Designs! Currently specializing in handmade planner stickers! All items in the shop are are printed on high quality matte removable sticker paper and ready to peel and put right into your planner! Transparent items are printed on high quality permanent transparent paper with a crystal clear glossy finish.

USA ORDERS -

USA orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package Mail with tracking and have an estimated delivery of 3-8 business days after processing period. Please note this does NOT include Weekends or Holidays.

All domestic orders come standard with tracking that updates within 24-48 hours of shipment, however tracking can be slow to update, and may not update at all.

*An upgrade is available at checkout to add insurance to your order (First Class Mail)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -

**International customers are responsible for any additional fees that may apply upon delivery in their country, such as customs fees, taxes, duties, etc - please note, marking your order as a gift does not void this policy**

**Shipping labels are automatically generated on Etsy with the full value of the items purchased, please keep this in mind when placing your order as customs fees, taxes, duties, etc may apply**

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package Mail with tracking and have an estimated delivery of 10-15 business days (after processing period). Please note this does NOT include Weekends or Holidays. While this is the standard estimate of delivery, please keep in mind that international orders may take 1-2 months to arrive depending on the country you are located in and how long orders take to go through customs.

All international orders come standard with tracking that updates within 24-48 hours of shipment, however tracking can be slow to update, and may not update at all once it leaves the country.

Once an item is marked 'shipped' it is in the hands of the USPS and out of my control. If you have any questions about tracking, please contact your local post office with the tracking number provided on your receipt for assistance. If an order is marked delivered and is not in your mailbox, please call your post office with the tracking number provided as they are able to locate via GPS tracking where the package was delivered.

If your order has NOT been marked delivered and has not arrived, please let me know. Domestic orders that are not marked as "delivered" can be resent after 15 business days (Monday to Friday Only) from original shipment. International orders that have not been marked delivered can be resent out after 30 business days (Monday to Friday Only) from original shipment. All other orders that have been marked "delivered" are dealt with on a case by case basis.

*If there is an error with your shipping address and you do not receive your order, the buyer is responsible for the cost to reship.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please message me prior to ordering anything customized as a custom listing will have to be set up. Items can be customized by text, color, icon, or size.

Customization fees are applied to all custom orders.

Coupons/credit/discounts cannot be applied to custom orders due to the amount of time it takes to create.

When will my order ship?

You can find your estimated ship date by going to "You" --> "Purchases and Reviews" --> "View Receipt". The estimated ship date is located at the bottom of the invoice under shipping details.

Can I combine my orders?

Orders can only be combined if:

1) You have placed 2 or more orders within 1-2 days. If the orders are more than 2 days apart, I cannot guarantee combining them as I may have already started processing orders.

2) You messaged me on Etsy requesting your orders to be combined; you must send me a message! If you leave a note in the notes to seller, I will not see it until after I have already processed orders and your order will not be combined.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Due to the nature of the items there will be no refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason.

If there are any problems with your order, such as the wrong item sent, damages, losses, etc. please message me to discuss!

Can I use more than one coupon code/discount?

Coupon codes/discounts cannot be combined. Etsy policies allows one coupon code/discount per order. While I may have multiple codes/discounts available; only ONE discount can be applied per transaction. Coupon codes/discounts may not be used on custom listings and cannot be applied to previous orders.

If you have more than one coupon code/discount you would like to use, please message me prior to placing any orders to discuss combining same-day orders.

Please note that any shop credit/coupon codes will void any current sales in the shop as only one discount can be applied at a time.

Can I get more than 1 freebie?

Orders come with one photo card and one NHD freebie.

What sticker paper do you use?

All stickers (aside from transparent) are printed on a high quality matte removable sticker paper ~ all stickers are printed with an inkjet printer, aside from black/white stickers which are printed with a laser printer.

All transparent stickers are printed on a high quality crystal clear gloss sticker paper that is permanent ~ stickers are printed with a laser printer.

*Please note, stickers are not water proof and are meant to be used in a planner or calendar.

There is an error with my order. What do I do?

If there are any problems with your order, such as the wrong item sent, damages, losses, etc. please message me to discuss! Be sure to message me within 7 days of delivery to resolve any issues.

Be sure to send a picture of your invoice with any other photos related to the issue with your message and I will do what I can to fix it :)
