A New Adventure

Hello, my name is Nicole Standard and I'm a designer & illustrator working and living in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada with my husband and two dogs. I am an animal and nature enthusiast as well as a lover of paper products.

I was an animator for several years but eventually found my love for design and illustration. I have partnered with non-profits, start-ups and the entertainment industry across the globe and have a bottomless passion for creating visual works within a wide range of styles.

Opening a store has always been something I've wanted to do because I'm constantly creating new and fresh designs. I like to put a little more uniqueness and beauty into the world.

For someone who loves nature, I am dedicated to being an eco-friendly shop. Most of my products are printed on paper that is FSC certified 100% recycled & sustainable. In addition, I choose printers that are carbon neutral.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied, please contact me immediately to let me know your concerns.

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Please be sure of your purchase before placing your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I do not accept refunds for custom/personalized orders or digital downloads.
Payment
I currently accept payment via PayPal and credit card. Please note, that payments must be completed before your purchase will be shipped and if you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
Shipping
Your package will be carefully wrapped and shipped out within 2-5 business days. All packages are sent via Canada Post. Please message me if you need faster shipping or if you have any other questions regarding shipping.

United States: 5-14 days
Europe: 2-4 weeks
Asia Pacific /Australia: 1-2 months
Africa: 1-2 months
South America: 1-2 months

I'll do my best to ensure that your package will arrive safely. However, if something happens to your order in transit, please message me.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. Seller is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. If these items are returned to us, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

International Orders: Customer is responsible for any custom's taxes/fees. Please note I can not lower the value amount or mark as a gift on the customs form.
