Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through Etsy with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after purchase. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible, within the 12-hour cancellation window shown in our shop policy. Once production has started, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
Shipping and delivery
Each piece is made to order. Production and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by product, size, destination and season. Tracking will be provided when available.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us through Etsy so we can check the shipment and help determine the next step.
Color and print
Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed piece due to differences in displays, printing processes, materials and lighting.
Sizing details
Each available size is individually prepared to preserve the composition of the original artwork. Minor proportional differences may occur between formats. Please review the size guide before ordering.
Framing
Selected artworks are available framed and ready to hang. Frame colors and specifications are shown on each individual listing. Please refer to the product images and selected options for the exact configuration available.
