TURNAROUND time on MOST orders during the HOLIDAY season is at least 2 weeks.

I am NOT responsible for the delivery of items once they are at the post office unless insurance is requested. I just have no control over the post office.
I AM responsible for the quality of my items.

I have personalized items for everyone! I do embroidery, heat press vinyl and vinyl.

If you don't see exactly what you want let me know and I can probably make it for you! Please ask for a custom listing and message me through ETSY.

My items are either made by me or embroidered by me therefore I can sometimes change a color or size.

The ONLY way to message me and be assured of me seeing it is to go through ETSY. I do not check my email daily and it may go to spam.

item never came and seller stopped responding to me. bummer I was excited

This item was shipped with tracking that showed it delivered on the 8th of Dec. I offered to do another one for a discounted price plus shipping but she wanted it free and shipped overnight (she would pay for overnight shipping to a different address from which was the original address it shipped to). I filed a claim for her with the PO. My shop specifically says that I am not responsible for packages which show that are picked up by the PO and have tracking. Once something leaves my hands I have absolutely no control over the package but I felt bad for her and did offer the discounted price. When she responded with I should do another one for FREE and ship it to her I asked why she felt I was responsible. She never responded after that. I gladly replace or refund anything that is my fault.

Shipping
We begin working on most items within 24 hours PLEASE be sure of your purchase. There are NO CANCELLATIONS after 24 hours.

All items are shipped within 1-3weeks uless notified that it is out of stock in which case you will be given an option of waiting, selecting something else or a refund. When your order ships I will show your order as shipped on ETSY and a tracking number will be sent by USPS if it has one so you can keep track of it. Some items will not have tracking numbers. If you need to have the package held at the post office for pick up or want a signature required ($2.50 upcharge) PLEASE let me know when you check out.

If you need your item quicker than the current turnaround time please let me know. There is a RUSH fee charge.

Personalized items are Non -Returnable unless the item is defective or is not personalized correctly then we will happily replace the item. Please ship it back to us, we will refund the shipping charge to you and replace the item.
Please convo with me before leaving negative feedback. We can work it out should there be a problem.

I am not responsible for the package once it is shipped. I have no control over the post office. If you want your package insured I will send a special invoice for the exact amount of the insurance which is usually around $3.00.

Of course personalized items are non-returnable. Although we always try to sell quality items sometimes things do happen and if the item is defective or is not personalized correctly we will happily replace the item. Please ship it back to us, we will refund the shipping charge to you and replace the item.
