What machines do the files work with?
Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, ScanNCut Brother, Adobe Illustrator, Laser and Paper cutting machines, T-shirt printing machine and many other programs and equipment working with vector and raster graphics.
File Terms of Use:
✔ Each file can be used for personal and commercial purposes for small businesses up to 500 uses.
Small business means that the buyer will independently make the final product (mug, T-shirt, bag, decor element, sticker and other goods) in order to make a profit.
✔ It is important! - It is forbidden to transfer a digital copy of the original design along with your physical product to the end customer.
✔ If you would like to use a file to work with POD or use a design for a logo - contact me to obtain an extended license for commercial use.
You Can Not:
✔ It is prohibited to resell, sublicense, share or distribute any digital files purchased from NightSVG.
✔ The buyer is not allowed to create new final products using the entire design or individual elements of the original file for sale in any digital format. For example - (EPS, PDF, AI, DXF, embroidery formats, etc.) and sell them as new.
✔ You may not sell these designs on any print-on-demand website such as Zazzle, Teespring, Spreadshirt, or any other similar design and download site.
You cannot upload our designs to file-sharing websites.
✔ All designs remain the property of NightSVG.
Return & Exchange
✔ According to the rules of Etsy, digital goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please, before you buy this SVG file, make sure that you have the necessary equipment and knowledge to work with vector graphics.
✔ If you accidentally made a purchase twice, I will return the money or I am ready to send another file for a replacement. I usually track my customers' repeat purchases and write to them about it.
✔ Please, if you have any problems when working with the file - write to me. This can most often be solved by simple methods (restarting the cutting machine program, reloading the file, etc.). Together we will find out what went wrong and I will be happy to help solve this little problem =)
