Returns and exchanges
The items in my shop have been described as accurately as possible. Because they are handmade, there is occasionally slight variation due to the soldering and patina process but I do my best to let you know exactly what you are buying before you receive it.

If for any reason you are not happy, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible to return it. I’ll refund you the cost of the item that you purchased but only after you return the item to me via post and I have received it. Return shipping on refunds will be at the expense of the purchaser. Items should be returned in unused, unsoiled condition, and in the original packaging. Please also ask for delivery confirmation for transit. A refund also will not occur if the item is damaged.

Again, customized products are non-refundable. If an item gets lost and doesn't arrive to destination, despite correct mailing address, I will provide credit store equal to the price of the lost item. However, we will need confirmation from the Post Office that the item was lost.

If an item is severely damaged when it arrives to destination, please contact me within 24 hours with a photo of the damage. We don't provide full refund for items damaged in transit but we offer replacement free of charge.

Please note that any request made later than 24 hours & without a proof won’t be considered as a eligible request. Once you provide a proof that the item is damaged, we’ll offer you a replacement of the product you purchased and supply you a brand new item free of charge as soon as possible. Sorry, we don't provide refund for shipping cost and the buyer is responsible to cover the shipping of the replacement.

Due to their fragility, I double package my products for safe shipping.

I ship North America via standard air mail, and worldwide via ground shipping, but if you'd rather it shipped quicker, contact me before you make a purchase and I'll set up a listing with appropriate shipping costs.

If you're interested in multiple items, contact me and I'll see what I can do to minimize shipping costs.

Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees incurred at point of entry to buyer's country.

Custom Order
I encourage customized, made to order projects. If you are interested in a unique item that matches my craft contact me and we'll rap. Once we come to an understanding of the project, shape, size, material, design, I'll provide a production and shipping quote. If it's to your liking, we'll move forward. I'll The production process will begin once the payment for the custom order has cleared. Naturally the nature of the project will dictate how much time is needed for completion. Again, that will be discussed beforehand. (1-2 weeks generally) All custom orders and personalized works are non-refundable.
