Thank you for visiting Fairy Elephant Designs Etsy shop. Please browse, and message me if you would like something a little different to what you see in the shop, personal orders are welcome.
Payment is by Paypal - so you the customer are protected. I will wait for Paypal E-cheques to clear before sending goods.
Items can take up to 7 days to process and be sent out, due to everything being handmade to order (by me alone). If you require an item urgently for a gift, I will do my utmost to accommodate.
For customers abroad, please note that I will post items with a customs note where needed, and they will be marked and posted accordingly. Please note that shipping to outside the United Kingdom can take anything from 4 days to 6 weeks, depending on location. I will always advise when your item has been posted to you.
If you require special delivery, please just let me know when you order so the postage charge can be amended accordingly.
All items come gift wrapped in tissue and in an organza bag or boxed.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept refunds on actual faulty goods within a 21 day time frame, or on stock items if not required (but not on special orders). I will replace or refund depending on the problem. I will refund return postage. Earrings are included in my returns policy, I don't exclude them, I can change the earwires where necessary. Your complete confidence is my concern. If you have any problems with your goods, please email me at your earliest opportunity. This will avoid unnecessary delays. All I ask is that you contact me before leaving feedback - I am here to help.
