Welcome

Hello and welcome to Niko+Lily!

All prints can be customized to fit your decor (color), your family (names) and your frames (sizes)! Please contact me and we can work together to create the perfect print for your space.

Payment

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Etsy Gift Cards.

Shipping

Shipping is always a one-time flat fee regardless of how many items are ordered!

Orders shipped within the United States ship via USPS Priority Mail. They are mailed in a sturdy mailer with a tracking number and insurance. Please allow 2-3 business days.

Everywhere else orders ship via USPS First Class International. Please allow 10-15 business days. It can take up to three weeks for an international shipment to arrive, and in rare circumstances a package can get caught up in customs and take a bit longer.

*** International orders may be subject to additional taxes and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be familiar with your country's international customs policies when ordering. ***

Refunds and Exchanges

In-stock items (ie: the color a print is shown in) are fully refundable and exchangeable within 30 days of purchase. Customized prints are not refundable or exchangeable. If there is a physical defect in the print, we will happily replace it for you. To initiate the replacement process, please convo us with an attached photo of the defect and damaged shipping package.

Each print is carefully inspected before packaging to ensure that it is free of defects and accurate to the item ordered. Listings are as accurate as possible with the print represented in multiple forms, but please still be aware of color variances between web and print and from monitor to monitor.

If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve any issue. We strive for excellent feedback and customer service, so don't hesitate to email!

Q: Can I change the colors to match my decor?

Yes! All prints are fully customizable. Colors and words can be changed at no extra cost.

Q: Can I swap a print in a set for other prints?

Yes - just leave swapping (and color) instructions in the notes section of the order page when ordering.

Q: How do I go about choosing colors?

Q: I already have frames that I'd like to use and they aren't exact matches to the sizes offered. If there anything that can be done to make the print fit in my frames?

Yes! Size upgrades are for any size UP TO the size listed. For example, if you need your print to be 18x30, order the 20x30 size upgrade and let me know your specific measurements during checkout.

Q: Could you recommend a frame?

The prints are shown in the Ribba frame from IKEA... stylish and inexpensive. Pottery Barn also sells similar looking gallery frames - not as inexpensive, but better quality.

Q: Do you sell PDF files of your prints?

No, only physical prints are sold.
