Returns and exchange details
In which cases can i return an item?
-I received my order in poor conditions.
-I chose the wrong size.
-The product is not what I expected.*Apart from personalized pieces ,unless i have made a mistake

How can i make a return?
-To begin the return process, please contact me.
-Υou will have to ship the item to the provided address in the message that i will send you.
-Buyer is responsible for the return shipment.
-The products that will be returned must be in pristine conditions and show no evident signs of being used, or else i do not accept returns.
-It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to -nikoletta- in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, i suggest using the original box that your order came in. If i receive the items in poor condition, i won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
-i won’t be held responsible for any misplaced packages, and it will be the client’s responsibility to make sure the package arrives to my facilities in perfect conditions. Because i cannot be responsible for packages mailed to me, i suggest that you use a trackable mail service if i do not receive it ,i wont be able to make a refund.
-Once the package arrives to my facilities you will receive a confirmation e-mail ,informing you that ι received the package and i will issue a full refund apart from the shipping costs.

Which is the time window to make a return?
-The time window in which you can return your item is of 14 days after the order is received by you.

Payment should be made during checkout.
Shipping
-Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
-Delivery time - between 3 -5 business days from shipping day.That means that i need 3-5 working days to have your order ready and after shipment 5-10 business days for your parcel to reach you.
-For countries outside EU it will take up to 10 business days .However an actual delivery time may vary, depending on the weather condition , holidays and other unknown reasons.

All custom fees and import duties are NOT included in the purchase price. Some countries may occasionally impose customs to incoming merchandise.  As i have no control over these situations , the buyer is ultimately responsible for all custom fees ,import duties and taxes .If you have concerns about this ,please find the rules from you country prior to purchase.

I do not have any responsibility for packages "lost" or marked "delivered" .This is because i have no control over tracing the post, once packages are outside Greece .Buyers are responsible for understanding their own country's policies.

Wrong address & undeliverable packages.

Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If your item was shipped to the wrong address ,it would be returned to me and then i can ship it again for you upon request, with an extra 1.00€ charge, plus shipping costs
Additional policies and FAQs
Orders

-All orders are shipped within 3-10 working days of the order being placed,depending on the item. This may vary during sales seasons.
-As soon as your order is dispatched, i will send you a confirmation email ,including a photo of your receipt,from which you will be able to track your order.
-i ship worldwide.
-All packages include tracking numbers. if somehow the item is ''lost'' and the tracking number says it is "delivered" i cannot replace the item if i have shipped it to the address you specified in the order receipt.
-Unfortunately i am not able to ship to PO Boxes.
-i use special packaging on each and every order.
-Each and every one of my pieces is carefully prepared in my facilities ,so all your orders should arrive in perfect condition. Should this not be the case ,please contact me.

Changes to the order / Cancellations

-If you want to change the delivery address once your order has been placed it is very important that you contact me immediately. Once your order has been dispathed ,i will not be able to modify your shipping information for that specific order.
-i cannot accept cancelations after 24h , because the order has already been started.

Special Requests

-If you wish a different length on necklaces please message me ,before you submitting your order, so i will be able to provide you with the information needed. in most cases i do charge a small fee for re-adjusting chains.

Please make sure of ring size before ordering. If it possible see a local jeweller who can measure your finger.
