Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. All major credit cards are processed through PayPal.

Sales tax in the amount of 6.25% will be added to orders shipping to MASSACHUSETTS.

Once your order has shipped, you may not cancel the order. However, you may contact me to arrange for the return of the item (see policy on returns below).
Shipping
READY TO SHIP - Items designated as ready to ship will leave the studio the business day after your payment is received.

CUSTOM/MADE TO ORDER - Currently, custom and made to order items require up to 3 weeks to ship. I do my best to accommodate rush requests, but may need to charge a rush fee if my calendar is full. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

***Please note that I will ship to your verified PayPal address.

I ship domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail. Your shipping costs include 1) postage, 2) delivery confirmation, and 3) sturdy packing material to ensure the safe arrival of your item(s). I cover the costs associated with shipping multiple items and the cost of insurance on orders over $100 USD.

I ship international orders via USPS International using the services required by your country. Your shipping costs include 1) postage, 2) additional services required to ship to your country, 3) sturdy packing materials to ensure the safe arrival of your item(s).

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or handling charges that may apply to their purchase. If you do not see your country listed in my shipping locations, please feel free to contact me. I am happy to check shipping rates and restrictions for you.

If you need me to use a different carrier or wish to request expedited shipping, please send me a message before making your purchase. I'll happily make a custom listing for you that includes your shipping request.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to arrange for a refund or product exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use delivery confirmation.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders are subject to a restocking fee of 25% the original sales price. This accounts for my costs to deconstruct the piece and refine/repurpose the materials.

Each item is shipped with delivery confirmation and I monitor the progress of my shipments. If your item is lost in transit, I will try to locate the item and determine the cause of the delay. If your item is truly lost in transit, we can discuss either a product replacement or full refund.

I package each item carefully and with adequate padding to prevent damage during shipment. Unfortunately, exceptional circumstances do happen. If your item arrives damaged, I want to work with you to make it right. Contact me directly BEFORE sending the damaged product back, as shipping insurance might apply to your order.
Additional policies and FAQs
Each item comes individually packaged in a cotton-filled box. If your are sending this as a gift, I am happy to add gift wrapping and a personalized card at no additional cost to you. Just let me know in the Message to Seller box that you are sending this as a gift and tell me what you would like printed on the card.
