Our products are exclusively organic and hand made from organic certified actives, botanicals, butters and essential oils, hand-harvested in Mediterranean, Africa, Canada, Bulgaria, Brazil, France, Italy, India and Turkey. Our goal is to pamper you, help you relax, calm and rejuvenate your skin.
We traditionally use organic certified essential oils, organic certified olive oil, organic certified grapeseedoil, organic certified apricot shells, organic certified shea butter, organic certified cocoa butter, organic certified rosemary oil, organic certified coconut butter, organic certified palm oil, organic certified jojoba oil, organic certified grapefruit oil as well as other all organic certified ingredients. Returns and exchange details
Only unopened and unused products and gift sets in original packaging and with full original packaging intact may be returned and are refundable. Products and gift sets that are opened and/or used and/or not in original and with original packaging tampered with, opened and/or re-taped will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
We will do our best to help you -if there is issue with your order - contact us first.
Damages
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide pictures of both the item and the packaging. We will work to find the solution for you.
Returned Packages/Mail
In the event that buyer has provided the wrong address and/or buyer parcel bounces and/or is returned to Nina Bella Collection, please contact us. Your order will be refunded minus the shipping charge and will be subject to 10% restocking fee.
At any time parcels/products/packages returned as failed to collect the order from the post office and/or “refused at delivery” will not be refunded. This is why it is important to contact us if you are having an issue with your order.

Our shipping does not include tracking or insurance. If you decide to have your product shipped without tracking and/or insurance we cannot refund and/or replace if the item is lost in the mail as we cannot claim with post office without tracking number and/or insurance information. If you want to include tracking and insurance, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Items purchased without tracking or insurance cannot be replaced or refunded if lost in the mail. We highly recommend upgrading.
As per Canada Post website, allow 4-7 business day on average to reach Canadian destinations, 6-10 business days on average to reach USA destinations and 10-15 business days on average to reach international destination. If your delivery is late, we ask you to allow 30 business days to pass before we can consider it lost.
Customs may ask for extra fees and taxes at the border. We are not responsible for those fees or taxes.
