Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Once shipped the item can not be returned.
Usual delivery times in normal circumstances are 7-14 days.

However, in case of delayed deliveries, please contact us and we will submit the papers for a local or international inquiry with your phone number so the postal service can investigate, check what is going on and contact you about the package, please note that the refund will NOT be issued before the package is either successfully returned back to the seller or officially confirmed as lost by the postal service.

We will not keep your money if your package returns back to us from the postal service or gets confirmed as lost by the postal service, but we need to know the status of your package first and have it either back or officially confirmed as lost before we issue a refund, once the international inquiry is submitted, the buyer will be provided with all the documents seller got from the postal service and contact information of the postal service in case he or she needs to verify the documents or get any additional information regarding the package.

The transportation is being done by a third party (postal service), therefore, we are not responsible for the transportation issues and we will not issue a refund before we either get the package back or officially get the confirmation from the postal services that the package is lost, which means after the international inquiry is submitted buyer needs to wait to be contacted by the postal service or get in touch with the postal service and ask any additional questions he or she might have because the seller doesn't control the transportation, therefore, doesn't have any answers related to transportation issues of the specific package and can not answer a question or issue a refund before the package is successfully returned back to the seller or confirmed as lost by the postal service.

Most of the items are ready to ship immediately the next day after payment or within 1-2 business days if not stated differently on the listing page.

Your order will be shipped via registered airmail in a padded envelope with a box.

Please be aware that during holidays or other unusual circumstances delays might occur.

If you happen to experience some delays please call your postal service / USPS and get the real human on the phone (easiest way to do that is to skip all the offered options and choose "I still need help" when you get asked by the automated voice), USPS phone number: 1-800-275-8777

I, unfortunately, don't control how USPS or any other postal service operates so I don't have power over them.

ALSO, my postal service doesn't track your package once it's out of the country so the last shown date on the tracking website I send you is the date when your package has left my country (the package is not stuck there).

Even though in normal circumstances the delays are very rare, I want you to be aware that IF THEY HAPPEN and IF THE USPS/YOUR POSTAL SERVICE IS NOT ABLE TO HELP YOU, I can only help you once the 30 days from the package leaving my country has passed. For instance, if the last sown date on the tracking website is the 1st of January, you'll have to wait till the 1st of February for me to file the complaint with my post office so they can investigate (this is the last option in case you don't receive the package and USPS/your postal service is not able to help you), after the investigation is over I will either send you the new product or refund you the money.

Again, the delays are usually rare, but for instance, in times of pandemic like COVID 19 or any other similar situation, delays can happen so I kindly ask you to understand and have patience because I'm giving my best to serve you fast and as best as possible.
