Accepted payment methods
We can take your requests and combine to create Custom Listings. Please convo us! Custom Listings are only reserved for 3 days (72 hours) from posted time. Please purchase at your earliest convenience. Listings will automatically be removed at 3 days.
We ship items within 3 days after payment has been received, EXCEPT weekends and major holidays. We use USPS First Class Mail for domestic orders. For domestic orders, we will send you a tracking number after it's shipped. USPS First Class Mail, has NO guaranteed delivery date. If you would like Priority Mail, please contact us before ordering for a price quote.
International shipping is available. We ship items within 3 days after payment has been received, EXCEPT weekends and major holidays. We ship USPS First Class Mail International, and there is NO tracking numbers. If you would like a tracking number, we can quote you a Priority International shipping price. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow extra several days for shipping time, sometimes, shipping delays may be incurred due to increased security processing with international packages.
Insurance is extra. Please convo me for a price quote BEFORE purchase, if you would like to upgrade your shipping to expedited shipping (Priority mail, Priority International) which will be faster and trackable.
We will use your Etsy address as shipping address, so please make sure it is correct. If you would like to ship to a different address, please send a note in the "message to seller" box with specific instructions.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be negotiated on a case by case bases. Buyer must contact us within 1 week of receipt to discuss a return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
We will not refund your purchase if the item is damaged during shipping. We pack items safely and according to normal and safe standards. Please understand that we also don't refund if parcel is lost, because shipping is out of our control.
All sales are final on cut-to-order trims and fabrics.
