Yes! You can reserve your project slot up to 6 months in advance. When you pre-book, you’ll select the date you’d like your project to begin, and that date will be reserved especially for you.

This ensures your project has a confirmed start in my schedule, since I only take on a limited number of custom design projects (logos, branding, or website design) at one time.

Any price changes within those 6 months will not affect your order, you’ll always pay the rate you booked at.

Even if your chosen start date is months away, we can still have discussions and clarifications anytime before the project begins to make sure everything is clear in advance.

After your project has officially begun, clear and timely communication is very important. If you stop responding for more than 3 weeks during the process, your project will be considered abandoned. In order to continue, a restart fee of $150 will apply, since your reserved slot and time allocation cannot be reassigned to another client.

To avoid this, I will always send you a reminder after 2 weeks of inactivity before marking the project as abandoned. This ensures you still have the opportunity to respond and keep your project active.

No. All of my work is 100% custom, original, and copyrighted. I never use clipart, stock icons, or premade templates in any part of the design process.

Every project begins with hand-drawn sketches of ideas, where I explore multiple creative directions based on your brand questionnaire and our discussion. These sketches are then shared with you for review, so you can provide feedback and select the options that resonate most with your vision.

After your review and approval, I refine the chosen sketches into polished digital designs, whether it’s a logo, branding material, or website element. This ensures that every design you receive is completely unique, built step by step around your business story, and not something generic that other

All final files are neatly organized into folders and subfolders for easy navigation. Example, your logo variations (primary, submark, watermark, favicon, etc.) will each be stored in their own subfolder, along with their respective file formats such as AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, and JPG. This structured system makes it simple to quickly locate the exact file you need without confusion, whether for print or digital use

The complete package is delivered through a secure Google Drive link, giving you lifetime access once downloaded.

Note: files remain on Drive for 60 days, so kindly download and back them up within this timeframe. This ensures your work stays safe, as older projects are regularly cleared to manage large amounts of client data

Each package includes a specific number of revisions, clearly stated in the package details. Revisions are meant for fine-tuning the chosen concept, such as adjusting colors, fonts, spacing, or smaller details. They are not intended for starting over or creating completely new concepts.

If you require more changes than what is included, extra revisions are available at $50 each. This ensures the process stays organized and focused while still allowing flexibility. Please note that only the Premium/Complete package offers unlimited revisions, giving you full freedom to request adjustments until you are completely satisfied.

Revisions included in your package can be used at any stage of the logo design process, right up until the final files are delivered. This means you can apply them during sketches, digital logo concepts, or after receiving your initial final files. You have full flexibility to use your included revisions wherever they are most needed, so your logo can be refined step by step until it feels just right.

In branding packages, every item receives equal attention, so revisions apply to each item individually, not shared as one total. For example, if your package includes two revisions, you can revise your logo suite twice, your business card twice, your stationery twice, etc. This ensures each part of your branding package gets proper focus.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each project is carefully scheduled in advance, and a dedicated time slot is reserved exclusively for your order. Once your booking is confirmed, that time cannot be allocated to another client. For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds, but we make sure to provide clear communication and revisions along the way to ensure you’re completely happy with the final result.

If you want to upgrade in Logo Suite, Branding, or Website Design package from Basic to Standard or Premium/Complete, you can do so at any stage of the process. Simply let me know, and the price difference will be applied. This flexibility allows you to expand your project as your vision grows, without starting from scratch.

Upgrading also unlocks all the added features and deliverables of the higher package, such as additional branding elements, extra revision rounds, or expanded sections. Depending on the scope of your upgrade, the timeline may be adjusted slightly but I’ll make sure the process stays clear, well-planned, and seamless from start to finish.
