2. Services Provided

We offer printing and graphic design services including, but not limited to, custom prints, graphic design, personalised items, and artwork creation. The details of the services provided will be outlined in your specific order confirmation.

Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order for legitimate business reasons. This may include, but is not limited to, instances where the order violates our store policies, poses a risk to our business, or is not feasible to fulfil due to constraints on materials, resources, or time. If we choose to refuse an order, we will notify the customer promptly and issue a full refund for any payments made. Please understand that this policy is in place to ensure the best possible service and to maintain the integrity of our business operations.

3. Orders

Order Processing: Once an order is placed, it will be processed based on the information provided. We may request additional information or clarifications if necessary.
Order Changes: Requests for changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated.
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or produced. If an order is cancelled after production has begun, you may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the costs incurred.

4. Payment

Pricing: Prices are as stated on our website or as agreed upon at the time of order placement. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns: We do not accept returns on custom or personalised items. Non-custom items can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are in their original condition.

7. Custom Designs

Intellectual Property: You must hold all necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use any files or data provided for custom designs. We are not responsible for any intellectual property infringement or legal issues arising from the use of such materials.
When submitting files or data for custom items, you, the customer, must hold all necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use and provide these materials. By providing such files or data, you warrant that you have the legal authority to use them for this purpose. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of materials for which you do not have the proper rights, permissions, or licenses. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any custom design or content provided does not infringe on any intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws. We disclaim all liability for claims related to the use of such materials.

Design Approval: Proofs of custom designs will be provided for your approval before final production. It is your responsibility to review and approve these proofs. Any changes requested after approval will be subject to additional fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. You are responsible for the content you provide for your personalised item and you must hold the rights or a license to use said content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question. The products and services offered by this business cannot be sent to prohibited addresses, correctional facilities, or any location where custom-made items are not typically allowed. If you choose to disregard this, the responsibility and any associated risks will rest solely with you, and you will be liable for any resulting damages.


9. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the order process will be used solely for fulfilling your order and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for processing payments.
