*** ALL ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE U.S.A. SHIP FOR A FLAT RATE OF $3.50***

I accept Paypal and credit cards with Etsy's Direct Checkout. By using your Paypal account, you can pay with a credit card, instant transfer, or e-check. Please be aware that if you pay with an e-check, shipping will be delayed until the e-check clears my bank, which can take several days.

COUPON CODES must be redeemed during the checkout process. They can't be applied after checkout has been completed.

I am required to collect sales tax on all purchases made in New York State.
Shipping
All orders shipped within the United States ship for the flat rate of $3.50 regardless of how much you buy!

PLEASE make sure your shipping information is accurate. I will not issue refunds for packages that are lost in the mail because a buyer neglects to update their shipping information. I use the address that is provided to me by the Etsy system even if it differs from the Paypal address. With Etsy's checkout system, I no longer receive any Paypal information including the buyers address.

I ship using only the United Stated Postal Service. Most orders ship within 3 business days, which are Monday - Friday excluding holidays. The exceptions may be special order items that I would need to order from my suppliers or items that I would need make prior to shipping.

* In the event that your package is lost in the mail, I will issue a refund no sooner than 20 days of the ship date.

Domestic orders that weigh up to 15 ounces will be mailed 1st Class Mail. Those that weight more than 15 ounces will be shipped via Priority Mail or parcel post. All domestic orders will receive free delivery confirmation.

International orders will be shipped via the most cost effective method, usually International First Class Mail Parcel. Please note that the rates are for a package, not a letter. If the buyer would like to upgrade to a faster shipping method, Priority Mail or Express Mail are also available upon request. There will be additional charges for the upgrades. ***A note regarding international orders... My prices do NOT include VAT. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY CUSTOMS TAXES AND/OR FEES THAT YOUR COUNTRY REQUIRES. I am not authorized to collect VAT, so please be aware that these charges may be required when you receive your order from the delivery service.***

*Please be aware that any packages that are delivered by a third party delivery service contracted by the buyer, such as Aeropost, will not be refunded if lost or damaged during transit. If a packages shows that it was delivered to the 3rd party service by the United States Postal Service, I have fulfilled my end of the seller/buyer agreement. If it is lost or damaged by the 3rd party service, the buyer will need to handle the problem with their delivery service, as it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for damage or losses during delivery services by third parties.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final on CLEARANCE ITEMS...

If for any reason you would like to return an item, you please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges, which must have delivery confirmation and be insured. Your refund will be for the purchase price of the item only, and will only be issued when I receive the returned item in the same condition in which it left my care. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The item(s) must be returned to me within 10 days of receiving your order. There are no returns for special order items or items that were special ordered for the buyer to purchase in bulk.

*In the event your order is damaged during shipping, please keep ALL packaging materials. Photos of the damage may also be required for an insurance claim to be filed.

If your order does not arrive to you within 30 days of the ship date (international orders may take longer to be delivered), you must let me know in a timely manner, so steps can be taken to locate the package. I am not responsible for any claims of loss made after 60 days of the purchase date.

Additional policies and FAQs
SPECIAL ORDERS or ORDERS FOR JEWELRY SUPPLIES which I do not have in stock (even though I may normally carry them) are required to be paid in full upfront and are non-refundable. The buyer will receive a reserved listing for the items that are requested. In the event that the buyer requested items that I do not have in stock, the items will not be ordered from my suppliers until the listing is purchased by the buyer and the payment has cleared my bank. There are no returns for special order items.

RESERVED LISTINGS ~ Any item that is reserved for a customer will only be held for 3 days. After 3 days the reserve will be lifted and it will be available to anyone who wants to buy it.
