I have to say out of all the transactions I’ve ever done on Etsy Jenn is by far the best seller I have ever had the pleasure with interacting with ! She is responsive and interactive and she really cares about the customer! Her work is amazing and high quality and she is so quick ! I can’t say enough great things about her ! Do you accept Custom Order requests?
I LOVE CUSTOM ORDERS! If you like one of my items but have a slightly different idea, please contact me so we can work together to create your one of a kind item!
Can Coupon Codes be combined?
No. Etsy only allows one coupon code per order. Though I may have several different codes available, only one coupon code can be used per transaction.
Can I receive a refund if I forgot my Coupon Code during purchase?
No. Coupon Codes must be electronically validated by Etsy at the time of purchase.
What if a physical product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Due to the custom/personalized nature of this handmade item/order, I cannot accept cancellations, exchanges or returns, and do NOT issue refunds!! If a physical product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so we can work together to correct the situation. Any situation is treated on a case-by-case basis, but is always considered resolvable.
